The view puts this place over the top! It’s amazing. The place itself is very nice, very clean, extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect for long stays in Wailea
Absolutely amazing. Perfect amenities for a long stay with full kothen and laundry. Even had lounge chaors and beach towels. Location is perfect with walking distance to beach and shopping and free parking at the shopping center, which is meters from the public beach.

What and spacious for our group of five adults and a toddler. Good facilities, including for recycling. Kitchen well equipped with dishes, pots and pans and appliances. We appreciated the large living room and large balcony (lanai) with adjacent washer/dryer. The units with a view on the ocean must be 5 stars .

Perfect stay for Maui vacation
It was an amazing stay. Beds were soft. Slept well. Perfect location for running. About 5mins walk to the beach that is perfect for swimming or snorkeling. Beautiful sunset every night. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Maui again

Quiet get away spot
Our unit was clean and had all the amenities needed for a stay in Maui. The beach chairs were an added bonus that we took full advantage of. We were close to food and shopping and a short drive to a beach. The deer on the golf course every night were fun to watch and the birds in the morning kept us entertained.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Gran Champions Villas. The unit was extremely well kept and we loved the view of both the ocean and the golf course. The pool was nice but small for the number of units.

Nice and cozy
Had to find the Hyatt office which was not in the property but couple of minutes drive away. Else, everything was good. We had 1st floor, so, no ocean view was visible.

Condo had filly equipped kitchen, luxurious showers and comfortable beds, ery clean. The linei faced the beautiful golf course and we had great ocean view. Only downside was golf course maintenance manicured the greens starting at 4:30 am.

The Grand Wailea Champions js absolutely the best condominium set up for Maui. This is our second time at the property and our location next to the pool was perfect for the kids. The amenities are fantastic and the location is perfect.

I liked that it had a security guard, it was clean. The apartment was spacious. It had 2 bathrooms, which is why I chose this place. There was a restaurant nearby. I didn't like that the sofa bed was hard to pull open and there was no bedding for it.

Property was nice. Needs a few updates, as in ac units are loud. Instructions on tv operation. Needs a few more hand towels and wash cloths. Cable would be ideal. Facility Team was responsive to texts. Close to shopping center. Overall, unit was nice.

Condo was great but check in was difficult. We arrived at check in time and there is no office or front desk. I called only to find out that there were three documents they wanted us to complete but hadn’t informed us on prior because they “didn’t have my email address” despite receiving constant emails from hotels.com after booking. We had to complete non editable PDFs from our phone with no WiFi before we were allowed in the condo.

⭐️David (property mngr) made paradise VIP
We were blown away at how beautiful, spacious, and plush this location was. My husband and I went there to renew our vows during the COVID-19 crisis. We had a huge ordeal with regard to the wedding and other arrangements. And David, part of the management staff on the property, became our angel and absolutely stepped in and helped us tremendously. He did not have to do that. It was not part of his job description. But he wanted us to have zero worries during our stay. He was so kind and caring. He told me that he manages all the units that way and absolutely is honored to serve the guests. We’ve never had an experience like that. Thank you David! And the grounds of the property are a paradise! We will be back! Love, Dr. T

We had a balcony that overlooked the pool, so it was nice to see how busy it was before lugging our things there. The room was spacious, kitchen was great, very clean. It was quiet, staff was friendly and very helpful.
