Very nice place with a view. Clean with nice patio to relax on and have morning coffee. Staff in the office were very nice and helpful. They saved our trip because we booked a place that misrepresented their property and was very run down. We left and book here and it made a world of difference.

This Condo was equipped with everything you needed. Not to mention it was clean. we enjoyed staying there. The only downfall was the Wifi didnt work and it was hard to get a hold of someone since the front desk doesnt help with anything inside of the Condo.

property was nice. although we did not recieve the room we paid for and air conditioning was broken and owner did nothing to fix it just was tols she knew about ir and would take care of it qhen she returned to hawaii. well we were there 11 days and it never was fixed. when u go to hawaii for vacation u would likevair conditioning seeing as how it was 85 or hotter during the day with high humidity. Also did not have enough beds for number of people due to wrong room given and there were no other properties that hotels.com could find to compensate. Wss told I would receive partial refunds for these inconveniences but im back home and still waiting to be contacted. Soent over 8 hours of my vacation on phone trying to resolve several issues so dissapointed to say the least. Somewhat false advertising i would say. Also description of wailea beach says 7 minute walk. Booked a luau there and then discovered itsva 50 minute walk..... 7 minute drive... should fix that detail on hotels.com. Hawaii itself is beautiful and lovrd it!!!! however hotels.com did not help and property response is lacking 😑 😒

The Maui Kamaole was a very nice facility. The condo was bigger than expected--we thought it was a 1 bedroom 1 bath but had 2 baths, which was a bonus. It had all kinds of kitchen items available, lots of bath towels and beach towels. It had a washer/dryer. It also had beach chairs and coolers, which we didn't use but were available. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Maui Kamaole.

Maui Kamaole is within walking distance to the beach. They have 2 nice pools and hot tubs. The pool in the back of the property is a little nicer because it doesn't have a tile floor that when wet gets very slippery. Overall the property is nicely maintained and we would stay here again.

The grounds were in excellent shape and the upper pool is very nice with lots of vegetation around it. We stayed in the M building -101. It’s clean with beach chairs and umbrella,bogie boards. The unit is starting to show its age with the bathrooms in need of upgrades and some caulking that needs to be redone.

Overall it was a very good experience. The condo is conveniently located and has everything (including beach chairs, surf boards, etc). Deco was excellent as well. The only concern is ants around the sink in the bedroom...

Lovely condo with gorgeous garden view
Garden level with the view we enjoyed. 1 bdr 2 bath gave us comfy stay, close and walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. Beautiful, quiet condo with updated and full equipped kitchen. Loved the tile floor and everything inside and outside . Well kept gorgeous area. We could park our car just close to our entrance.

Quaiet place but a little needs up-dating. Loose handle at freezer. Not properly set TV in sleeping room. Wery little access to channels. Parking spot assigned to this unit is to far and small.

We’ve stayed at these condos quite often but this particular condo had a funky smell. The fans were not effective to cool us off. We will come back but prefer a different condo.

We have stayed at the Maui Kamaole more than 15 times. We love the location, the pool, the size of the condo. But... and it is a very big but... the condo we were assigned this year was a disappointment. It was clean but ... the patio furniture was so rusted it was dangerous to sit in the chairs. One chair had a 4 inch piece of the leg that was missing. The living room furniture was old. The bathroom and kitchen cabinets were old and peeling. One bathroom cabinet had a piece of wood that had almost completely detached. The bathtub was stained from age. In the other bathroom, the toilet reservoir was so shaky, it seemed like it would separate from the rest of the toilet. It could have just as easily been a Cheap motel. This is not what we have some to expect. The condos we have used in the past were charming and well maintained. This one was... clean.

The property was well designed and managed, we loved the grounds and pools. The location was great for us, walking distance to the beach (walking back harder as the property is on a hill and our unit was near the top). Each unit is individually owned, and therefore differently decorated and equipped - ours was nicely decorated, and reasonably equipped - but some things like the knives for example were worse than I would expect to find at the worlds worst swap meet. Our unit wasn’t fully cleaned before arrival and was roach infested (killed 40+ roaches the 1st night and about 30 the second day) - the management company was quick to respond with a full cleaning the next day and pest control by the 3rd day which greatly helped with the roaches. The WiFi in our unit was not working at all to begin with and spotty at best after the management company supposedly fixed it. Overall for the location, size and quality of accommodations, and value for the location we would likely stay here again (and cross our fingers not to repeat the roach problems).
