"Everything about the location was as described and very nice. The personal touches with dog and travel pictures were nice and It was a good neighborhood for walking my dog. The host was easily accessible and responsive for any needs. I am still grappling with having fire tv rather than normal cable with easily accessible local channels. This is not specifically about this rental since my last 3 have been the same. Perhaps younger people are better at navigating this change."

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. We were up in the area of my brother’s engagement party. It is in like a shared multi family house but we never once heard the other tenants. It was exactly as pictured online. The futon was pretty comfortable too! The real bed was also great. The host, Scott, was also extremely responsive. My only negative thing to say is that it did not have a cookie sheet, but we bought a foil one to use which was totally fine. They even had a whole drawer of spices...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s a basement, but doesn’t really feel like it and it gets sunlight through the windows. It was really clean, plenty of dishes and silverware for the three of us. The bathroom was the best part. Very spacious with a fantastic shower. If we need a place to stay on our frequent visits to Long Island, we will stay at this great apartment."
