General manager, Rama was really helpful and made a kind gesture for our anniversary of chocolate cake with “Happy Anniversary “ written in sauce. Great historic place to stay in central Worcester
"A lovely historical place to stay convenient to the train stations and the attractions in the city centre of Worcester. We stayed in the Fleming room on the ground floor. Ear plugs were provided which were useful. The delivery bay for Asda is near by, and they did have an early delivery."
