We specifically booked this hotel for the jacuzzi, it was not in operation nor were we informed of this at check in or before. Also my daughter was over charged $100.00 for her room. We are very unsatisfied with our stay and would like a partial refund.

Good hotel. Most disappointed in the false advertisement by Hotels.com saying and showing they have a hot tube at this hotel when they no longer due. I specifically pick my hotels by having a hot tub so that was a giant disappointment and failure on hotels.com’s part!!

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and that it has not been updated on the 3rd party websites. I will do what I can to inform them of this change. I do hope you will stay again with us soon.
I chose this hotel over another hotel in town solely because of the advertised hot tub. Upon arrival we were told the hot tub has not been in use for over a year because it can carry bacteria. So why is the pool okay? A hot tub should not be listed as an anemity if there isn't one.

The hot tub has not been listed on the Hampton website for a year now as we are in the process of having it permanently removed soley due to ongoing maintenance concerns. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and I will look into why the 3rd party websites have not removed it from their list of amenities. I do hope you will stay with us again in the future. Our pool area is a great place to relax and unwind.

It was very pleasant. The woman at the front desk was nice and did not have an attitude. When I got supper I noticed they did not give me utensils and she was willing to help me with that. No problems with getting into the room which I have had at other hotels with the card not working.

The front desk person was never visibile. Had to wait number of times or find another employee to get the desk person. We were there three nights and I didn't see a staff person at the desk when I walk in or walked out.
I was not told when I made the reservation or when i did check in that we wouldn't get room cleaned every day.. we left the room on the second day at 11:00 am, came back hours later and the room hadn't been cleaned. Let the customer know what they are paying for.

Not at all up to Hampton standards. I literally had to wait at the front desk for 20 minutes until someone showed up to check me in. She didn't go over the usual relevant info one receives upon check in: how to get to your room, where the pool and gym are located, what time breakfast is served, etc. The room was dusty. The hot tub was empty.

Nice property. Great staff. Only downfall was the hot breakfast. Would rate it a 1. Potatoes weren’t cooked and eggs weren’t good.

Very nice hotel. Picked a spacious room was very pleased with it. Nice breakfast choices, friendly staff, very clean overall. Shower head/pressure was a bit lacking, my only complaint. Pool was closed, but we knew that when booking.

Not Great!
Not a good stay, people up above us were so loud and when something was said to the front desk nothing happen they continued to stomp around till well after midnight. Water pressure was horriable hard to even get the soap rinsed from our hair. The beds were hard and pillows were flat. The pool.was freezing and the hottub was not working. For the price I expect better. On a positive the breakfast was very good!

Hot tub not working was pretty disappointing.
All staff were extremely accommodating. Housekeepers got extra towels and lotions with much friendliness!! Christina at the front desk is very cheerful, friendly and goes out of her way to be helpful with places to go for good food. Thanks for your assistance Christina!!
Front desk staff was not as friendly as others. Rooms impeccably clean, quiet and housekeepers friendly and helpful. Find the hotel was a little confusing, may need to add some marking near the main road; the road itself looks like a dead end.
Everything about the stay was great, the ladies who work breakfast were great and made sure they refilled it in a timely manner. There was a housekeeper on the fourth floor on Sunday who was very nice and kind when we asked her for more towels.
The ladies who worked the desk were also very nice! Great stay overall.
Great service, friendly staff. Room was clean and neat. Morning breakfast had many selections that were friendly for all ages, pool was clean and enjoyable, but hot tub was out of order and not clean at all. Wasn’t closed off for safety, just had a sign saying out of order. Overall was a pleasant stay

It was a great stay and very clean and comfortable. However, I was very disappointed that the hot tub was not in service. The thermostat in the room did not adjust the temperature, but raising the fan speed helped.
Poor customer service - even rude! TV did not work in 1 room and was told oh well…issue with Expedia and made me pay $25 more than original reservation to keep room. They had reservation but difference in price. Drove past entrance because not marked on main road.
