Pleasant stay for one night
Everything was good, only the room is little bit too small to move the chair and you might hear cars from the road, but overall good experience. If you don't mind walking for 40 mins, you can get to city center. Currently, you can get takeaway breakfast to your room because of covid. Breakfast: baguette, jam, butter, small sweet pastry and drink of your choice.

Deposit problem
Blocked 2 of my partners card by trying to authorise a payment for a deposit. This deposit Is not even stated before booking your hotel. You have to pay 100€ upon arrival as guarantee which is so stupid. First card payment was attempted 3x because apparently it was declining, my partner called his bank and 300€ was taken out of the card And his second card €100 was taken out as he attempted it once. Very unhappy with this service.

Enjoyed staying there more then some other hotels in Marseille with higher prices. Particularly enjoyed watching a large TV with additional sports channels which are not available in many other hotels.

We used this hotel as a stopover after the late evening fright to Marseille. Relatively easy to find, parking 8 euro. Room was clean and had some really useful things like kettle. Good value for money. Wi-fi available free of charge.

Great breakfast but cleaning needs attention!
Great breakfast!!!! The hotel was ok, not bad, not great due to some cleaning issues but since we were just there for overnight it was fine with us. I found myself sneezing quite a bit but I survived. The room size is good but the cleaning needs attention. The cleaning staff forgot a cleaning old rug in the sink of my bathroom and My feet got really dirty grey when I stepped in the room without my sleepers which was an indication among others that cleaning needs attention. Also noticed that cleaning staff had displayed by the carpeted floor along the hallway the new towels that she was placed in the rooms after cleaning. The towels were folded and displayed by the carpeted floor without any protection under so I knew there and then were my room new towel had been. :( Reception staff was not knowledgeable about places to go. She apologised though but she wasn't of any help. The breakfast though and the breakfast staff were amazing!!! One of the best breakfast in our family trip so far! Freshly squeezed orange juice and amazing frozen yogurt were magical! Because of breakfast I would book this hotel again and just bring my own towel. ;)

Comfort, quality and good value hotel
On arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was vrry comfortable. The hotel is not too far from two metro stations but there are a few busy roads to cross to get there. I was staying there for the Marseille Cassis and found it very convenient.

Very poor location no restarants close by. Hotel restaurant closed one night without warning also cold showers. Outside area very dodgy and rubbish everywhere.avoid this hotel.

A lovely well run hotel in a poor location. Room and staff were very good,it was just situated in a not so nice area. This can be avoided by getting the 72 bus to the metro and back to avoid walking in a area I did not feel good.

Good value for the price.
The staff are friendly and the room was clean. The parking was private and only 6 Euro per night. Although not much is around the hotel, since we were driving it was not a problem. The Predo beach was only a few minutes driving, and it was huge. Access to the highway was very easy too.

If youre in bed before/ just after dark, this is a great place, clean nice rooms really good value If you stay out late, consider its a sketchy area, far from metro stations, youll have to do some walking. Just an awful location, otherwise wonderful place Wifi was down for a day though

Long walk from and to the metro (Rond-Point du Prado) but doable if luggage is light and you enjoy walking. Staff was helpful with directions to Vieux Port, which is beautiful, interesting, and requires only your curiosity to enjoy it. Grocery store on route to the hotel if you like.

Although the 56 euro charge was reasonable for one night (no Breakfast) the hotel is not conveniently situated. The taxi fare from St Charles railway station was 20 eur each way.The hotel is situated in rather run down suburb of Marseilles and I was not aware of any local attractions.

It was difficult to find at night. Saw two ladies selling meat in front of the hotel. Checked out and switched to another hotel closer to the port next day. Rooms are small and popcorn is everywhere, walls and all.

Excellent value for a business occasion
Since the hotel has just been refurbished, everything is new, working well and comfortable. The furniture and amenities are relatively simple - this is a three star hotel - but adequate and in excellent condition. The staff is quite competent and friendly. Both the check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and quick. The breakfast was ample and of good quality, in a spacious restaurant room. For a hotel which is not located in the most convenient, although safe, location, it offers a good price/quality ratio. The only drawback is the hotel location but it is not a problem for those who drive. The hotel has a convenient, safe and inexpensive garage. I will come back there whenever I return to Marseille.

Great room
In terms of internal conditions it was the brightest place on my long journey through Italy, France and Germany. Excellent room, not very big but super comfy and clean. Very helpful staff. The only drawback is the location - not that great but quite safe with some local female attractions waiting on the street late evening;) 20 min walk to metro station.

Cheap Marseille Hotel
Good deal for what you get. 20 minute walk to the bus and train station, from where you can go anywhere. About 40 minutes travel time total to the old town.

Small rooms and hard to find and park
You can survive one overnight stay and the pricing is very convenient for the location, but as mentioned above the rooms are really tight and it is not easy to find the hotel without a GPS. Besides that all the parking spaces reserved for the hotel were used when we arrived and the elevator does not reach the garage, so you have to go upstairs carrying all your luggage.

This hotel group provides good service and i think it is well standardized in reasonable price. Its just this particular hotel is located in very inconvinient location with not necesssary nice environment. Good for car traveller though.

Contemporary look to the hotel and small rooms...Beds not really very comfortable Not a good area of town would be my guess, we saw hookers outside of our hotel at night. Helpful Staff - Remote Location
Staff at the Hotel Kyriad Rabatau were very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is located on the extreme eastern outskirts of the city making travel to Marseille very inconvenient. Inexpensive, private garage parking is available from the hotel. You can also park for free on the streets, but that is a bit of a risk (damage) as there are no defined parking spaces anywhere. The hotel is a short drive to Cassis. If you are planning to visit the Calanaques, it is a convenient location. Overall, fair value for the money.

J'ai réservé cette hôtel pour être près du parc d'exposition. C'était bien car à 15min à pieds. J'ai trouvé l'hôtel très bien, le petit déjeuner au top et le personnel également. Chambre un peu bruyante tout de même car j'entendais les voitures et les gens dans le couloir. Zone en travaux avec peu de choses autour.
