“Ideal location”

This is a very nice hotel located across the street from the combined train - bus - Metro station, so it was very easy to get around Marseille. Free breakfast daily was good, included multiple items (none hot) and there was never a shortage of food or a line. The room was adequate, the queen bed a little firm but OK. The neighborhood is a little dicey, you might not want to walk back late at night (the Metro stops at 10:30 PM), plus, it's at the top of a big hill you might not want to climb. But the "action" areas, like the Vieux Port, are an easy 10-15 minute downhill walk that's fine in the early evening. The staff all spoke English pretty well and were very attentive. There is a shuttle to the airport from the bus station (about $12, 25 minute ride, every 20 minutes starting at 5 AM). There is gated parking immediately beneath the hotel that I didn't need or use but it looked safe. The only thing wrong with the room was the shower, the hook for the shower head (on the end of a hose) was broken so you couldn't mount the head up high. This was a minor annoyance. Overall the experience there was excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place for a short stay. the hotel is only 15 months old. Clean and nice, modern design. the staff are extremely helpful and professional. the room had a great view over central marseille and even a glimpse of Notre dame de la Garde in the distance. only drawback during my stay was the fact that my room windows looked out on a back yard where delivery vans would park every morning (usually very early in the morning - 6 am), and that was constantly waking me up. Breakfast was nice and healthy: 2 kinds of cereals, variety of breads, youghurts and jams, a selection of hams and cheeses. croissants and pains au chocolat. very tasty individual honey and nutella pots. a mix of fresh and tinned fruit. coffee machine, hotw ater and juices available to suit all tastes. Location was perfect, too. only steps away from St Charles train station where airport shuttles go to and from. and it's a 15 minutes walk to the Vieux Port (Old Port) which is kind of a hallmark.

comfortable, great valve, good for walkers. A little way out but a 15 mins walk through the charming streets is what travelling is about. Well recommended.

“An oasis in a mess of a city”

If you have to visit Marseilles, then this hotel is the smartest (cleanest) place around. Very happy with all aspects of my stay there.

“One of the best !!”

Definitely one of the best hotel we stayed at during our 6 weeks journey across 13 cities. The room were clean and very comfortable and a very good size. The location will improve over time as the area gets develop. Its locate right next to St Charles station so very convenience. Although I wouldn't go wandering off into the side street. The staff were helpful and a credit to their company. We would definitely stay here again.

“Would stay again.”

This was a very nice modern hotel, conveniently located across the street from the Gare Marseilles-St. Charles and its public transit options. Rates include a free buffet breakfast. Staff were consistently accommodating and my room was very comfortable. Extra nice bathroom. A convenient Ed supermarket is on the same street. Area around the train station not too dicey and I did not feel unsafe as a woman traveling alone.

“Brand new, great staff”

Excellent hotel right across from Gare St Charles. 15-20min walk to the old port. Alleys around the hotel feel a little dicey at night, but are fine during the day. There's a metro stop right at the hotel for those who do not want to walk. Hotel is brand new, clean, efficient. Helpful staff. Free wifi. Free substantial breakfast. Didn't find anything wrong.
