We had such a great stay at Zoetry! Food was delicious and the property was so pretty. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Transportation was easy to arrange as well as excursions. Highly recommend going to St.Lucia and staying here!

The bartenders and waitstaff were super! Very attentive and friendly. Andre at the Cove deserves a heck of a raise! Not much of a variety of restaurants and food choices especially for breakfast. Wish there was more night events/music like the reggae performer that we saw Wednesday night. The two excursions sunset cruise and Joys Experience were fantastic and recommended for everyone. The crew was a blast and took care of everyone! Really enjoyed our honeymoon with that being said we will most likely explore other options in the future as this was very pricey for not a lot of variety. Saint Lucia is beautiful though and definitely worth visiting.

It took about an hour to get to the resort from the airport, and it the roads make it feel as if you are on a roller coaster. Upon arrival to the resort, however, I felt as if I were transported to another world. From the time that we arrived, all of our needs were attended to. The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. The food was excellent, and though there are only 3 restaurants on property, the menus are large enough to where you can try something new each meal. The beach is small, but there is a resort attendant there make sure that you have everything you need. If you have a problem climbing stairs or inclines, this is not the place for you. We went for a calm and relaxing vacation, and this is exactly what we got.

This was a great resort. Rooms are spacious and clean. We stayed in a bay view room, and I recommend spending the few extra bucks to have one of these views bc it’s amazing. We met people at the pool with garden view and they said it was pretty but wished they had gone for bay view. There are plenty of restaurant options. It was also pretty quiet. The pools close at 6pm, and while you’re allowed to go in after there are not towels available (and we did ask the concierge how we could get towels and she said she would call it in but we wound up not getting towels after our night swim). Since the pool closes then, almost everyone heads out and goes to dinner or whatever their night entertainment is and it’s very peaceful sitting on your balcony in the evening. They took care of our transportation and we setup offsite excursions they helped us book and get transportation for. I’ll stay at this resort any time I go back to St. Lucia. Notes for travelers (these didn’t bother us but awareness for others who may have mobility issues): there are not elevators, so the pictures you see with the stairs is how you access your rooms. The stairs are wooden and there were two wobbly steps on the way to the room we stayed in. If you have mobility issues where climbing stairs is a problem, you would want to ensure you let the resort know so they can help you with booking the appropriate room as there are some rooms where you don’t have to go up flights of stairs and you’ll still have views.

I would never chose this place again..everyone we met were of the same opinion. No direct access to beach; the beach is laughable at best! No activites, same food served time and again, no elevator. Very small property and definitely not 5 star!!!

The staff is amazing. If you get an opportunity to do any of the sporting/exercise activities Jack is fantastic. His ridge climb is was perfect and he took care of our group who were at all different fitness levels. Looking forward to coming back again to do more excursion.

Not enough seats. The beach is filthy and not convenient. Property is not flat , you have to walk up hills to get into your room if you’re in the back of the property. The food was great. Service was poor, no one really comes to you and takes your order. It was not what we expected.

Wonderful resort, the staff was so nice and helpful! The food options are all really good. They made booking the activities we wanted to do really convenient. Love that they arrange transportation to & from the airport for you as well. My only issue was the hot water, not a fan of cold showers, we called & maintenance fixed it but it didn’t last very long. I would absolutely stay again however.
