Very poor
Dirty bathroom; tub was not clean. Hotel pool has been closed for some time; false advertising. Fridge was not working. Hotel so bad we left after only a few hours there

Desk clerk tried to do the best she could with the equipment that appeared to be not functioning fully. Desk clerk said she found our reservation in the system. However, she was unable to complete the processing. She took my credit card number again and charged my card, without giving me a receipt. Online we booked a room with two queen beds. We were assigned a room with two double beds. I spoke with my credit card company representative. Due to the weekend, any charge from Quality Inn will not post until the middle of next week. I do not want to pay twice for the room. Nor do I want to pay for queen beds when I had full size beds.

Not to good of a stay
Hotel was not very well taken care of! Mold, mildew on walls. Smell of weed on first floor! I will not stay there again. Check-in a little slow. Staff friendly.

DISGUSTING
The room smelled musty. The toilet didnt flush had to get plunger. The hot tub had no water and the pool had disgusting scum floating on top of it. The tv channels were not what the menu says they are. You could fail a drug test walking through the hallway alone. Worst stay I've ever experienced. Would highly recommend staying elsewhere

Over night stay
Stayed overnight because of an early softball game. The hotel is outdated with no vending machines and the pool was dirty. The shower water smells and they didn’t have enough towels so we had to use pool towels but the bed was comfortable and our room was clean other than a few black spots on the wall.

Front desk attendant was unfriendly/unprofessional, the hotel is run down, stayed 4 nights not once was the room cleaned, everyday key cards had to be reset, rooms had a musty smell, mold on the walls! mold in the shower! perimeter building locks broken.

Not clean! Stained towels that were paper thin. Tub did not drain so I stood in water while showering = disgusting. When I cheked in, they allocated ALL 4 nights ($591) on my card at once. This is fine, but then they have proceeded to charge $1051 to my card! I travel weekly for work and have never had such a crappy experiance.

Staff was great, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is old, outdated, and dirty. Mold on lamp shades, dirty spots on wall, chair was discolored, carpet had stains everywhere. Would not recommend this hotel.

This place is an absolute tragedy. I dont usually leave reviews, but I feel I have to warn you about the awfulness. The room is so nasty, sheets were dirty, toilets didnt work(we called for maintenance 4 times), it was just a filthy craphole. Do not stay here. We left after the first night. I went across the street to Bob Evans just to use the bathroom. The area is filled with crackheads and meth addicts. Don't waste your money. I would have rather slept in my car.

Absolutely not!
This place was so disgusting. I’m willing to overlook a lot of things when staying at a hotel, but this place needs to be demolished. It was so bad I left after one night. Not only are there people actually living in the building (who seemed like they were definitely under the influence of drugs), but the place reeked of smoke and was so musty. The window to my room didn’t close, there was mold on the walls, holes in the walls, the floor of the bathtub was brown, the door had definitely been kicked in before, the floors were filthy, and on and on. It was so disgusting.

We were in town that weekend for a Parapsycon. The staff was amazing at accomadating us. While we were away it seems there was an incident but they handled it very discreetly and well. The breakfast was simple but good and the attendant friendly. I was blessed to be able to park up front. They were very helpful in guiding us to places in area that we needed. Thankyou for everything.

The staff were great! The room could use a better cleaning. The ceiling fan had thick dust on the blades and the ants were bad. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

Nothing you guys can really do but people in room next door were banging and messing around for hours then it escalated started yelling about how they were doing crack and sounded like women was getting beat up. I went to tell front desk they said would do something but I don’t think they did.

Parking lot was filthy with garbage and cigarette butts. People hanging outside smoking since there is no smoking in rooms. Entrance door on end did not lock, so did not feel very secure. Would be nice to have breakfast available for the price as other hotels offer.

not happy at all.
It honestly was bad. We had to have our room key reset every day after we went exploring. The pool was green and the hot tub close. Bathtub bottom was really nasty looking that you could only shower. I don't think the room was clean well. We found all kinds of stuff on the floor. toys, a shower puff etc. The employees hung out talking in the hallway blocking people walking. They moved once you got there. But made it known they work there they were not guess. no breakfast although they say they had it. I reserved this for the breakfast and pool. neither I could have. mold on the bathroom and celling. There plastic cups had no plastic around it which makes me think they reuse them. If I could have cancel but it was no refund and I know why. I am very unhappy about our stay.
