"The price, space, location and friendliness was a high rating. When I dropped off my car rental late at night, I wasn’t able to reach a taxi cab. I texted a family member at the hotel and the clerk called a taxi to pick me up at car rental and drop me off at hotel. That meant a lot! "Loud hotel, no relief from hallway noise. Connecting door did not close. Room smelt of smoke. Seems like a refit opening before it was ready. Staff need to stop chatting to each other when I wanted to buy something. Felt ignored and you lost a sale"
