My only complaint is that they charged a $100 deposit on my credit card. They didn't say anything about charging a deposit when we checked in, just asked for the credit card for incidentals should they occur. I'm very familiar with that policy, but this is the first time I was actually charged a "deposit". I was told it would be credited back 2-3 business days after check out. We stayed at the Super 8 in Fairmont less than a month ago and did not have a deposit charged. They should definitely say something at check in about that deposit.

Very nice and the staff were amazing. They helped us while we were in town to find our dog who got lost.

Super clean. Great value.
Great motel for the price. Front desk service was polite and efficient. Room was immpeccably clean and had nice amenities for the price range. Breakfast area was big and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The room appeared to be clean but smelled terrible and the carpet was sticky in places. Put shoes on to walk around in the room. Breakfast was good with a average selection of food. Arrived very late so slept in the room and tolerated the smell. Expressed concern to front desk when checking out. No response.

Overall, it was an aged Super8. Rooms smelled musty, but rest of rhe room was nice. Bed was comfortable, linens ok, clean. Breakfast was lacking and just out of some of their items.

My grand daughter said this was five star! So five star it is. I thought the rooms were spacious and clean and the young desk clerk opened the pool for the kids for twenty minute even though he’d already closed it!

Older hotel, trying but needs updates
Room was not very comfortable. For the bed, if you’re a younger person who can sleep on anything you’ll be fine. If not, you’ll probably wake up with a sore back or worse. Breakfast was ok. Furniture was very worn, towels were thin and threadbare.

Great place! A quick stay on our family road trip - we got in late and the staff was very friendly. Place was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, pool and hot tub were great. As we left the staff said “have a great day, God Bless”! Highly recommend!

Manager acted like it was Expedia’s fault he couldn’t cancel my last day booking. (Finished job early) Called Expedia and had zero issues with the Expedia guy. Expedia guy called the hotel to cancel my rooms ( 6 of them ) and the manager was not willing to cancel my last night. Cost me an extra $500. Hotel lost out on thousands. Will never stay there again and we do a bunch of work up there often.

It's an ok hotel for the price.
The heater in the room didn't work so it was a little on the cold side the first night. They checked it out the next day but didn't get it working properly. The second night it would work off and on. It was late when we got back the second night so we didn't want to switch rooms. Breakfast was included and there were a number of choices. Overall we would stay here again.
