Hotel Gotham truly is stunning from the get go, driving towards the impressive building towering over the streets below. When pulling up outside to drop off bags I was offered the Valet parking which was so convenient and made things much easier. The staff here really do pull out all the stops, Andy in the lobby was exceptional and really made us feel welcome. The entrance lobby itself is wonderfully decorated and really sets the tone for what is in store. Checking in upstairs I was greeted warmly and quickly shown to my room where my luggage was already inside. The room itself is ambient, cosy and beautifully put together, with an unbelievably comfy bed. The bathroom was lovely and spacious, it would have been nice to have a bath but my oh my is the shower powerful and fulfilling. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this stunning hotel to anyone, my only wish is that my plans would have allowed me to stay for longer.

Fabulous service and warm welcome. Take advantage of the roof terrace when you go. Lovely additional (paid) service with the hotel Bentley to take you to your chosen location and stay rent for dinner. Our room was small but we weren’t in it that much. The wardrobe / mini bar has everything you need.

Excellent stay. We used the valet parking so drove straight up to the hotel and left the keys with concierge. Rooms are on the small side but have such high ceilings, it doesn’t feel that way. Shower was great and bed was comfortable. Finished our night at the bar on the 7th floor. It’s for residents and members only so we had the outside terrace to ourselves.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Gothem. They made it super special for my partner's birthday. The staff were cheerful, warm and welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean. The hotel isn't just a hotel, it is an experience and we loved every minute.

First time I’ve stayed at the Gotham hotel and honestly was not disappointed, we stayed in the inner sanctum suite and it was unreal. Staff were very friendly and great customer service, will definitely be returning.

What an amazing stay! My husband turned 40 and my god what a treat this was, we made use of the room service we had some amazing late night snacks. Then we had breakfast in bed which was beautiful and so convenient. We also paid for parking and made use of the concierge who were all so lovely and friendly. We went to the brass club and celebrate with drinks, they had a great selection of non alcoholic drinks as I am 7 months pregnant. We loved our stay, my husband loved his 40th birthday present thank you for making his birthday so special. We hope that one day we may be able to afford to stay again as it’s created memories we would love to recreate ❤️

On arriving to the hotel we where greeted by Spike and Jason who gave us an incredibly warm welcome and knowing we where hungry Spike organized a table at the Italian across the road. because we where running late that evening Tanweer was able to delay our table at a well known restaurant in the city. At breakfast we where greeted by a big smile and excellent service by Phoebe. The food was great and the hotel was clean and magical. Megan made sure our exit was a smooth as possible. Great Hotels have Great Staff who love the business as much as the owners. These guys did it in Style .. THANK YOU

We stay at the Gotham a lot….Elizabeth who was a member of the reception team in particular is wonderful! There had been an issue with our booking. She sorted it out super quick without any problem. We certainly felt safe in her hands. Can’t wait until our next stay in July.

Fantastic hotel with a distinct character of its own. All staff notably pleasant and helpful, creating a really warm and comfortable atmosphere. Worth every penny and will definitely return. Using their car parking service is extra but makes things quick and easy on arrival.

Good stay but single glazed windows spoilt it
Lovely stay, friendly staff but for the sole purpose that the windows are single glazed, we would not stay at this hotel again. The noise from the streets kept me awake in the night. I understand because the building windows cannot be replaced but I would suggest that the hotel places inner windows/alternative option to reduce the noise from outside.

Great hotel but expensive
Very good hotel with nice rooms and great service. Couple of little niggles but nothing major. The only reason it doesn’t score higher is that I’ve had similar experiences for less cost.

2 night stay at the Gotham
We stayed at the Gotham for 2 nights, as soon as we arrived the concierge was there to take our car which was great. It is an extra charge of £40 a night but i found it reasonable and less time consuming finding an alternative. Check in was quick and easy and all staff very friendly. Our romm was a directors room it had everything and very cosy and well decorated in theme with the hotel. Theres was a couple of downsides like an electrical radiator in the room that wasnt well placed and it was easy to walk into. Another was the mini bar water is complimentary but other things are a surrcharge, with how much you pay for the room im sure they could provide a few soft drinks and crisps for free. One other downside was the 2nd night there was no turn down service. Overall the hotel was good but could improve in certain areas for the price you pay.

As expected wanted to try this hotel quite expensive would of expected a better offering of coffee selection in the room for the price was more geared up to paid mini bar items than actually offering quality products in the room rate
