"Hotel is conveniently located, it is stunning from the moment you walk in the front door. The atmosphere is welcoming and beautifully themed. We had a room with 2 large double beds which were very comfortable. The room was an excellent size with everything we needed and more. Its stunning, clean, lots of towels, robes, mini fridge, tea making facilities and a lovely choice of toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Very disappointed with our visit to this hotel, which we have used many times in the past. We had issues with both Car parking charges and access to the hotel after 11pm. Staff gave conflicting information during check-in and check-out. Despite the convenience of being attached to the airport terminals, I think we will park the car and stay at Clayton next time."
