The lovingly furnished house with three bedrooms for max. 6 people, fully equipped kitchen, Weaver grill for outside, WiFi, a bathroom, guest toilet, a private pool, partly covered pool terrace (with darts) and a large roof terrace is only 200 to 300 meters from the beautiful beach of Cala Mandia, the families offers plenty of space for all activities in summer and attracts those looking for peace in autumn and even in winter. In the morning you can enjoy the light-flooded terrace very special. Through the windows of the living area you have a view of the blue pool reflecting the morning sun. The breathtaking beaches of Cala Romantica and Cala Anguila are located next to Cala Mandia beach and are also within walking distance.

Our house, which we acquired two years ago, is located in the quiet residential area of Cala Mandia. Here 6 people can relax around the pool and on the large, shady terrace and enjoy the holiday. The 140 m² are distributed on the ground floor on a living room, which with the dining room and the kitchen (incl. Stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea maker), the guest toilet, the utility room with washer and dryer, storage room and balcony. On the first floor are three bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bedrooms are close together but separated by a door, a large bathroom, a large balcony, access to the sun-drenched roof terrace with great views of a nature reserve. Here you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. An off-road parking is also available.

The house has been renovated. In addition to air conditioning in living and sleeping areas and new paint many new things have been added or renewed.

Lovely location and relaxing holiday.
Enjoyed 6 nights here with my sister mid September. Peaceful location and walking distance to local shops and restaurants. 3rd double bedroom is off another bedroom. Fine for families, but not ideal for 6 adults. Not a problem for us as only two bedrooms needed. Everything was spotlessly clean and the villa is well equipped. Pool lovely. Nearby beaches are very picturesque. We didn’t hire a car from Palma, which would have been useful if we wanted to go further afield. We got the shuttle bus from the airport to Insotel hotel then it was a 5 minute walk to the villa. Journey time was 1 hour once we left. The shuttle bus appears to wait until they have enough passengers to make the journey viable. We waited 30 mins before departing. We used taxis the rest of the time to go supermarket shopping and sightseeing. If you can’t get one in the taxi rank, the Insotel hotel will order one for you or you can ring for one yourself. Most drivers understood enough English to understand. Don’t forget you plug adapters as they are 2 pin. Would definitely return to Casa Jumi. Thank you Felicite for your prompt replies to my questions and for allowing us to book your villa.

Lovely villa in a great location
Villa is in a lovely location. The beaches are stunning and all a walk away. Villa has everything you could possibly need for a good holiday. Corinna was very helpful and make the check in very smooth. The Villa bedroom set up didn't meet our families needs as I have two teenagers who do not want to share a room, and one of the bedrooms are interconnecting which meant that my youngest shared a room with us in the adjoining room! The resort of fairly quiet with a few very good restaurants. Eating in was fine, although if you want meat you need to go to Porto Cristo as neither of the Spar sell any fresh meat. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely go back to the resort. Probably not the villa with both my teenagers, but if they had been younger I would definitely return as the set up with the bedroom suits a family with younger children.

Private, quiet and the best sunsets ever!
The property was amazing. The kitchen area was fully equipped. The lounge area was inviting and comfy with a large screen TV and bluetooth speaker. The pool area was ample enough for 4 adults and 2 children and wasn't looked over too much, Opposite the villa is a national park so you have uninterrupted views of distant hills. This villa is the only one with a roof terrace so you can all go up and watch the sunset each night before heading out for dinner. Also a big bonus was the gas BBQ so we could have BBQ for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The local spar is 4 mins walk and has all the essentials but if you need fresh meats you can catch a taxi to Porto Cristo and fill up your shopping bags. To get back, just ask any of the supermarkets to call you a taxi. I would say this resort is very family friendly and offers a very relaxing holiday. Thank you :-)

Great place to stay
Felicita’s villa is lovely.......We arrived and were met by Corinna who was great and guided us around the property pointing out all the necessities. The villa is lovely, it was spotlessly clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We took full advantage of the beautiful pool, the BBQ and were very grateful for the air conditioning when temperatures reached 38 degrees. It is a 10 minute (max) walk to the beach and there are a number of shops within a 5 minute walk. We regularly used the bakery to buy sandwiches to take to the beach and the beach bar/restaurant at Cala Mandia beach Our favourite bar/restaurant was Sa Cala Beach which is located on the walk between the two beaches, the food is reasonably priced and the views are stunning. Cactus Bar is lovely for a night out and it is advisable to book a table. We caught the local bus to Porto Cristo, Manacor on market day and Palma which were all lovely days out. Felicita’s communication when booking the property was perfect and really helpful. If I could give a rating above 5* for the whole experience and villa I would!

great villa with excellent amenities
We stayed at Casa Jumi as a family group including a 5 month baby. the house has everything you need for a great holiday. the resort is quiet and laid back, we have stayed in the area many times as a couple, using a hotel nearby. this was a change for us as we were a bigger group and wanted to be able to relax together. It was nice that we were provided with welcome drinks and there were also basic items in the kitchen and this was really useful. We had a small issue when a repair needed to be carried out, this was not able to be foreseen by the owners and when we informed the management company steps were taken swiftly to resolve it. This is a great place to visit with the family. we enjoyed the BBQ, the pool. terrace and the dart board provided us with a family competition. the roof terrace is great for watching the sunset. It is a short drive to Porto Cristo but my recommendation is the local bar, Cactus, great food from the grill and friendly service too. The local beaches are beautiful and each have beach bars. Cala Anguila just beats Cala Mandia beach. We would visit again. Come here if you enjoy relaxing in a lovely house in a great area.

Great house, great time!
Very clean, pretty house, offers everything you need to have a great time there. Barbecue, pool, darts, rooftop terrace ... to only name a few. The team is fantastic, takes great care of their guests, communication was quick and easy. Leaves nothing to be desired.
