Alua Calas de Mallorca Resort

"Could not fault our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the facilities were lovely and food was great, it did get a bit ‘samey’ with the food everyday but they had atleast 1 thing different every evening. The only fault I could possibly come up with was the lifts. They took a long time to come to the correct floor and to get to the floor you wanted to go. Other than that, I will recommend this hotel to anyone."

"I really enjoyed my stay at ICON Valparaíso in Mallorca. The staff were very helpful, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay, and the views from the hotel were incredible. One of the best hidden gems was the pathway that connects the hotel to a nearby beach — it was only about a 5-minute walk, which made it so easy and convenient. The breakfast was honestly one of the best parts of the stay and had a great selection. One thing I would note: if you have food allergies, I would be cautious with the lunch and dinner options. I did have an allergic reaction during my stay, but the staff were very accommodating and helpful when it happened. I would also recommend renting a car or planning transportation ahead of time, as taxis in the area can be limited and expensive. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel with amazing views, kind staff, and a peaceful location. if you're looking for something relaxing, this is the spot."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were all lovely and helpful. It was a bit too child-focused for us, with lots of activities and entertainment geared towards families. The food wasn’t really to my taste, although I’m probably fussier than most. Overall, a good option for families with young children."

"As soon as I arrived, I booked an additional night! It's slightly off the beaten track, and has a few small, great eateries and beaches nearby. You get 10% off the local beach restaurant with excellent sunsets, a welcome coffee and plenty of friendly staff. Everything is super quiet, with public transport right in front of the hotel, or an airport shuttle if you prefer!"

"Good place for the price. Room was small, not much walking room for 2 people sharing the space but clean. Not much entertainment but we appreciated the quietness."

"Friendly helpful staff, gorgeous room, great breakfast. Really modern and classy hotel. The pool and bar area was lovely, with lots of greenery surrounding the pool. We stayed mid October and there was lots of free Sunbeds. Plentiful free and easy parking right outside. A few mins walk to Drach caves literally over the road. Only had one night here on a road trip around Mallorca’s coast, wish we’d stayed longer."
