Great location! Staff was friendly. Luggage trolleys made available for easy transport. Pool and spa kept neatly. Unit was perfect size. Plenty drawer space. Shower had 2 shampoo bottles, but good thing we brought our own conditioner. Didn’t bother us much (I notifed the clerk upon checkout). Kitchen was stocked nicely with everything we needed. TV had ample channels and option to login streaming apps. Only issues we had was intermittent wifi, but overall would stay here again. Just know that no skis/snowboards are allowed in any unit. They offer complimentary lockers as well as shuttle service (during evenings) to/from Village.

Although the property is smoke free resort, i had neighbor tenants smoking weed and cigarettes. Ashes all over our balcony in the morning. They need to enforce the property policy much more strictly.

Really good price, close to the mountain, staff super helpful. Our fireplace wasn’t working and the front desk gentleman came to the room at 1am to help troubleshoot the problem. Awesome place to stay!

Comfortable and spacious with kitchen. Close to town and two supermarkets. Public area carpeting could be upgraded, but it is a ski resort so gets lots of wear. Overall good value.

Stayed here April 26th through the 28th. Hayden at the front desk was friendly and very energetic! He also gave recommendations on dining! The room was cute, the only thing was when we went into the bathroom it smelled like pee. Opened the toilet seat and there was pee in the toilet. Also checked the bedding out ( I always do when checking in) there was what looked like a stain on the sheet. So I asked housekeeping for a new one. Once I removed the sheet there was another stain in the exact same place but more visible! Idk if the sheets were changed or just straightened up before we checked in. I used to work in housekeeping so I know sometimes the bedding isn’t always changed out which is why I always check. Called down to front desk, spoke with Hayden again, he apologized and sent housekeeping up with new linen. Other than that it was a good time.

I have stayed at the resort before and have enjoyed it. Everything from the resort perspective was great. Each unit is individually owned. We stayed in unit 217 this year and I would not recommend it. Cable TV didn’t work and the couch was very uncomfortable. After skiing and going out with friends I like to relax and watch a hockey game. The couch was so uncomfortable. I just couldn’t relax. If the owners make changes I would stay in the unit until then, “no.” The leather sofa is just terrible. Resort is always good though.

At first glance, the condo looked good, but it wasn't a home run. The kitchen sink didn't drain. The Freezer motor was so loud it woke us up at night. The kitchen utensils were lacking. I used a metal cake server to flip my eggs. The location and property were nice. The staff was great!

Upon our arrival, everything seemed promising. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. However, our first night was disrupted by a persistently beeping fire alarm (definetly no one was smoking, and even no one was cooking). Despite calling the front desk promptly, the response was lackluster. The maintenance person who arrived was unable to resolve the issue and simply removed the alarm, promising a replacement the next day. Regrettably, the promised replacement never materialized. Despite repeated calls to the front desk, no solution was offered, and no apologies were extended for the inconvenience caused. The lack of urgency or concern from the staff was disheartening. Furthermore, simple requests such as trash bags and dishwasher detergent were overlooked multiple times. Despite our reminders, these basic amenities were never provided, leaving us to improvise and manage without.

Our room was missing a bathroom trash can, and they were lacking plastic trash bags. We ended up using our own plastic bags instead of calling for more supplies. In addition, a lot of kitchenwares were worn and/or missing. For example, the large pot lid was missing; one of the pots was rusted; no kitchen scissors etc. Other than that, the place was pleasant.

It was fine. The location is great as it is a ski in ski out place. However there are no cafes or restaurants within walking distance. You can drive or take the free buses around town. Overall it was a fine place for skiing. Service was good but not consistent.

A nice place to stay but there are some issues.
We love the resort but the last couple of times we have visited parking has now become an issue. We have a lifted Toyota tundra and the resort used to set aside oversize parking on level one. They have done away with this or are not enforcing it because the last two times we have gone it’s been a real struggle to park the truck. I wish there was a way to request oversize when you reserve your room and for them to inform patrons upon arrival that they have 2 parking garages and if you don’t have an oversize tag to not park in oversize spaces. The last time we were there we were told to park outside in the lot across the street on the night a giant snow storm was coming. This is after showing them 3 regular size vehicles were parked in oversize. Also the last couple of times we have stayed the rooms given to us were in bad shape. They need to stay on top of maintenance and make sure the rooms look presentable. At the price you’re paying to stay beds and couches should not be worn down.

The HOA recently changed the parking policy to ease parking enforcement, as we received numerous complaints from small car owners getting notices for parking in large, oversized spots. However, oversized parking remained as such, and large vehicles can still park in those oversized parking spots using a standard parking permit. I apologize that all oversized parking spots were occupied when you were here.Regarding the quality of the rooms, some are better than others since we have homeowners who are more involved than others. We share feedback like yours with the owner of the specific unit to encourage them to upgrade.
