Great place everything was as expected
Great stay. The only thing that disappointed was the pool. Its so close to the restaurant it feels like there is no privacy.

A couple of issues on arrival: - Room booking “superior sea view room with queen bed” was in fact two narrow single beds pushed together. My wife and I had to mind the precarious gap each night. - There is in fact no parking reserved for guests, despite the hotel’s website and other booking sites stating it has a parking garage. When I mentioned this to the receptionist the explanation was that due to a problem the parking garage is no longer available and the website hadn’t been updated yet. So parking became a bit of an inconvenience for us as there are only about six parking spaces in front of the hotel (which were often already taken), and the other parking is on the surrounding streets. So we often had the circle the one way system that goes past the hotel, looking for a space, and a couple of times had the park some distance away. - When placing my booking I messaged the hotel with a specific request concerning the room. Although the request was acknowledged at the time, when we arrived we found it hadn’t been met. While these issues were irritations, they didn’t ruin our stay entirely and the hotel’s positive points helped – - The hotel’s location is it’s main selling point, a stone’s throw from the sea it provides excellent views. - The breakfast is very good with a reasonable variety to choose from in terms of eggs cooked to order and buffet selections (some wasps and gnats present though on uncovered food). - The staff are very friendly.

Great people needs better aircon
The staff are absolutely amazing so helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is also wonderful but our stay was marred by the air conditioning. We complained several times about it not being cold enough and were told that when it reaches the temperature setting it shuts off. We had 4 very uncomfortable nights sleep it was like a sauna in the room. It would put me off staying again.

A lovely hotel in a great location.The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond in every way. My only criticism would be that the swimming pool is in an odd location and parking can be difficult.

Relaxing holiday
Gorgeous hotel in a lovely position overlooking bay. Good relaxing holiday destination, would recommend hiring a car to get around. Would highly recommend Melbeach Hotel and Spa, as long as you are not including children in your travel plans.

Juste MAGNIFIQUE !
Super séjour. Hotel au top pour des vacances reposantes en couple. Tout est fait pour le bien être. Le seul bémol est le prix qui reste élevé... mais les prestations sont vraiment de qualité avec un emplacement de rêve près de la mer, une piscine à débordement... Une cuisine exceptionnelle avec des plats variés chaque jour et de qualité étoilée. Le personnel est au petit soin et vraiment charmant. Je recommande vivement

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön direkt an der Bucht von Canyamel. Das Service-Personal ist sehr nett. Sehr enttäuscht waren wir, dass wir trotz des hinterlegten Wunsches nach einem ruhigen Zimmer mit Meerblick ein Zimmer im ersten Stock direkt über dem Restaurant erhalten haben. Dort war zu Frühstücks- und Dinnerzeit sehr laut. Trotz zweimaliger Bitte und freiwerdender Zimmer ist unser Wunsch nach einem Zimmer in einem oberen Stockwerk nicht erfüllt worden. Der Ausblick war durch den Blick auf die dreckige Markise eingeschränkt

Einfach ausspannen
sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit fantastischer Aussicht. Sehr ruhig, zumal das Hotel nur 32 Zimmer hat und Gäste über 18 sein müssen. Wer Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet und stets zuvorkommend. Auch kulinarisch kommt man nicht zu kurz: Sei es beim Frühstücksbuffet oder das stets wechselnde 5 Gänge Menu am Abend.

Nous avons séjourné 8 nuits dans ce bel hôtel dans une chambre vue sur mer avec balcon , c'est super, le personnel est très gentil, spa gratuit sous reservation pour des mesures sanitaires, les machines de sport étaient aussi disponibles au 4 ème étage. Les transat sont confortables, le calme était au rendez-vous. Le seul bémol était au niveau de la literie, à ce prix(environ 300 euro par nuit) on s'attendait à un peu plus de confort.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und es war sauber und ordentlich. Es befindet sich direkt am Strand. Ideal für Ruhesuchende da es ein Erwachsenen Hotel ist und nicht übermäßig viele Zimmer hat. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und waren absolut begeistert. Im Hotelgarten waren ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und qualitativ hochwertig. Das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich und alle deutschsprachig. Das Hotel verfügt über keine eigenen Parkplätze, somit kann es sein dass man irgendwo im Ort an der Straße parken muss. Diese sind aber ausreichend vorhanden. Man findet immer einen Parkplatz.

Estuvimos la ultima semana de julio: Hotel tranquilo para desconectar de la rutina. Mayormente clientes alemanes pero la oferta no está exclusivamente preparada para ellos. El hotel es pequeño pero con todas las necesidades (solo 30 habitaciones) y tranquilo, muy tranquilo! Personal muy atento y extremadamente majos y resolutivos! Restaurante excepcional, tanto el desayuno como la cena dignos de los mejores restaurantes. En la cena no hay buffet, sino que te ofrecen un menú degustación que va variando todos los días.

Ohne jede Einschränkung zu empfehlen!
Ich habe mich gefragt, ob ich mich den Lobeshymnen hier anschließen sollte. Immerhin führt das im Zweifel ja nur dazu, dass die Verfügbarkeit von Zimmern abnimmt. Aber es wäre dem ausgesprochen engagierten, aufmerksamen und liebevollen Person gegenüber absolut unangemessen, kein Lob auszusprechen. Schon unsere Anreise recht spät am Abend lief reibungslos, der Empfang war unkompliziert und freundlich, der Schlummertrunk in der Lounge unter Sternenhimmel wunderschön. Das setzte sich direkt am nächsten Morgen beim Frühstück fort, der Service, der noch ein paar Stunden zuvor Gin Tonics serviert hatte, versprühte schon wieder gute Laune, Dank der übersichtlichen Größe des Hotels herrschte eine sehr entspannte Stimmung, es gab drinnen und draußen mehr als ausreichend Platz, und die Qualität von Speisen und Getränken war exzellent! Gleiches galt übrigens auch für die Snacks tagsüber, abends waren wir leider immer auswärtig verabredet, so dass wir das köstlich klingende Abendessen nicht haben probieren können. Das Zimmer selbst war super ausgestattet, das Housekeeping gründlich und schnell (nach dem Frühstück war unser Zimmer immer bereits gemacht), W-LAN funktionierte einwandfrei, ich kann mich nur bei allen Beteiligten sehr herzlich für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt bedanken!
