We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. One detail that stood out was how the hotel handled our request for a room on a higher floor. Although one was not available upon arrival, the staff later contacted us and proactively arranged a room change as soon as one became available. We truly appreciated their effort and commitment to guest satisfaction.
