Staff was super friendly and helpful in multiple languages. Room was “clean” but not super super clean. Example: nailpolish stains, chipped nightstands… Very hard to park in the area

Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel refused to turn on the air conditioning so after a day at over 30 degree temps the room was stifling hot at night. I understand saving energy but we book hotels to be comfortable in and this hotel failed to fulfill this. As a consequence 4 nights of miserable sleep. The entire TV system was also broken the entire time we were there. The property was OK, but with no AC and TV and certainly no apology from hotel management it is hard to be positive about the property.

good shower, comfortable beds, nice design, everything is new. good breakfast but you need to buy coffee. only instant coffee is for free. very good restaurants nearby the hotel. we liked Restaurante las Sirenas and Tasca Gallega the linen was changed seversl times during our 9 days' stay, everyday cleaning was good safe worked well good location as you can get easy to shops, restaurants, Palma and airport the nearest beach is nearby but we preferred to walk along embankment around 15 minutes to get anotger psrt of huge beach there is a nice small beach as well which is lovely to enjoy sunsets

Fantastic Sky Bar and Rooftop Pool
Super staff, very friendly and helpful. Sky Bar and pool are fantastic. Superb sunset views.

Great hotel, hard to fault.
My stay was very good. Great location, especially to the local bus stop, beach, shops and supermarkets. Hotel pool a bit crowded but it is in the middle of summer, don't stay in the pool, go to the beach! If I absolutely have to pick up one thing that is not so great, is that the water isn't as clear at this part of the beach, when compared to some other beaches in Mallorca (e.g. Magaluf Beach).

Really good stay
Excellent location, rooms clean, beds comfortable and rooftop terrace really impressive. Only issues were the shower is powerful but goes hot and cold and on the final day the pool was too dirty to get into and the filter wasn't on so we couldn't enjoy it as we had on the previous days

A bit far from Palma
The hot itself is really good. Big rooms, with balcony, 24hs front desk and a great rooftop bar with an incredible view, MUST see the sunset there. On the other hand, the neighborhood is not really for people over 35 like myself, the beach is big and clean but is full of kids making noise and getting drunk, but this is not on the hotel!

Little gem for the price
Comfy room, fab firm mattress and pillow menu... though the curtains are blackout they don't close fully to the wall and lot's of very noisy guests late in the evening, every evening! Take ear plugs! Great contemporary rooftop pool and bar, cheap drink prices. Breakfast not so great, the hot food was always cold but the coffee and fresh fruit were good. A stone's throw from the beach and promenade, lovely italian restaurant down the road. Staff very helpful. Everywhere so crisp, new, fresh and clean. Modern and minimalistic. Overall pleasant experience, perfect for a few days of sun on the cheap

Late check in no problem. Dont forget to close the window/ door if you want the air con to work. Nice choice at breakfast

Chillaxing stay
Great stay at Whala!Fun, super friendly staff, great location and nice people around. The fact that the hotel is kids free makes so much nicer and relaxing. A big shout out to the team working at the bar, Rafa, Celia, Xisco. They were super friendly and they know how to look after their guests. Super recommend this hotel if you are looking to chill and enjoy a nice view of Palma.

Almost perfect!
Incredible service and great location. The food was excellent and the upstairs pool/skybar was fantastic. Still working on through some minor kinks - as the elevator was broken and the WiFi didn't work in my room. The only con is that this caters to younger Germans, so I did have some issues with late night noise.

Die Lage zur Schinken Straße sind 10 min Fußmarsch. Direkt um die Ecke im Café de Sol gibt es sehr leckeres Essen! Das Hotel war zweckmäßig ok da wir nur unterwegs waren. Frühstück war auch prima. Und sehr nettes Personal!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Lage ist auch super. Unsere Dusche war nicht dicht, beim ersten Mal war das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser. Wir mussten jedes Mal ein Tuch am Boden legen. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück bietet glutenfreies Bort an. Aber das warme Essen war schon nicht mehr warm um 9:00Uhr, war sehr schade.

Tolles Frühstück (einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Koch bereitet frisch Eier zu, war aber leider nicht immer anwesend). Zimmer gut, man sieht, dass vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert wurde. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und immer da. Nach dem Check Out kein Problem die Koffer noch im Hotel aufzubewahren, sogar duschen war dann noch möglich!

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet. Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Super Service. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hafen. 20 min Fußweg zum Ballermann 6. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Leider ging die Klimaanlage nicht, dadurch war es sehr heiß nachts. TV hat auch nicht funktioniert. Ansonsten immer wieder gerne!
