Hello Edward! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback here! This is very helpful and it helps us a lot to improve. Unfortunately, there were a couple of things that let you down. The reason why we have a cost per night for the parking is exaclty what you mention. We just have 8 parking spots for our 40 rooms. But I will take note of that and we will change it in the listing. About the air conditioning, we have a centralised system, so it's not possible to control the temperature from each room. Also, the last weeks have been so so hot and even the air conditioning in the room was not enough. But of course, this is not an excuse. We will look into what we can do to improve this. Luckily, we are very happy to hear that the other aspects of your stay were up to the standards. We hope to have you again with us soon! Best Regards from Mallorca, Mateo.
