The hotel was beautiful. The help from the front desk on where to go and how to get there was very useful too. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return!

Very nice hotel, pool and sea lounges
Nice hotel, beautiful views and delicious breakfast & dinner overlooking the sea. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a partial sea view room and the view was better than expected. Would absolutely stay again.

Super clean, friendly staff, good food and breakfast buffet. Our room was fully renovated but the shower was broken and shower area was not perfectly done as water was running all over the floor after taking shower. Also bathroom door was broken. Frequent room inspection should be done by hotel managements. all over the bathroom area also the bathroom door was broken.

No air conditioning.
Great location, cool sea front facilities. Hotel is older looking but ok. We were perfectly happy until air conditioning did not work. Requested it being fixed to no avail during 4 night stay. Requested room change, did not get it. Technician admitted they had a problem with the exterior a/c unit. It was impossible to sleep at night with no a/c.

Lovely hotel in a tranquil setting and great views. 2 fantastic coves with great restaurants close by. This is a traditional spanish hotel so dont come expecting things to be lively like some of the package holiday hotels. I would say this is a great place for couples and more mature people. I came with a young family, 6 year and 11 year olds. They both enjoyed it but i would not take them back there due to the lack of entertainment and activities for children. The area is also expensive (the views)! All in all a really nice place just not for a family with school age kids. Just one last thing. Whilst the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, some of the restaurant and bar area staff made it known they found some guests a bit of an inconvenience. Eye rolling being one observation.

Great amenities, delicious buffet breakfast, and friendly staff. Rooms were huge and clean. Bus stop right upfront of the hotel, no complaints and will certainly be staying there again.

The hotel is in a beautiful area. Everyone is super nice and its very clean. The rooms are super spacious. We just wished they had remodeled the rooms with more high end finishes. The hotel is the perfect location and look for a five star hotel, yet the rooms need some tlc.

This was a surprise package. We had an amazing holiday. The location and the views from the property were brilliant. The food was of high quality. I will definitely go there again.

Me and my friend loved it. We felt like we were more on the Italian Riviera. Stunning open view of the Mediterranean from our room, breathtaking scenery and lovely areas around the gardens and hotel. Bus stop right outside. €2 to Palma, which was lovely also. Staff were very helpful and the singer Jimmy Coker entertained us splendidly. Would definitely go back there. The only thing I would have liked is a mirror in room, as only in bathroom. Apart from that, excellent.

Really nice hotel, there is much to do inside the hotel itself : access to the sea, bar, restaurants and a beach nearby. The staff is welcoming and the views are fantastic.

Second time at this property, would not stay anywhere else on Mallorca. The hardworking staff are so wonderful, they really make your stay perfect. If you can, I would highly recommend an oceanview suite, upper floor for the view. It’s spectacular from the sun coming up to an evening glass of wine. Love this property.

The hotel is located in a lovely spot with direct access to the water. The view is beautiful! Guests reserve lounges by the pool and beach early in the morning and show up later. You would do better having your own rental car than relying on public transportation or taxis from the hotel. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make special accommodations for us during check in and at the restaurant. The facilities are outdated and the rooms are simple. In my opinion, just a bit overpriced for what you get.

Loved most things but snack bar service was terrible and food was dreadful in snack bar. Shanelly singer not appropriate for environment and too noisy when trying to eat dinner!
