Ok but not a 5* Hotel
The staff is very friendly! But for me it isn’t a 5* Hotel - max 4*. The bathroom is not clean in the corners, the furniture has heavy signs of use. The bed is confortable as well as the pillows. The food is good espacially the breakfast! A big minus - we had the room where the sun is shining all day through the window and therefore it was to hot in the room as the air conditioner was not working due to the regulation of the hotel!

Terrible experience from the start. The hotel is NOT 5*. There is only ONE lift for the whole hotel. Wait time 10 minutes for a lift which shakes and does cracking noises. In bad need of maintenance. Staff has attitude when you point out something to them that you’re not happy with. Outdated decor in rooms and cleanliness was bad. Dinner was disgusting and there was meat in minestrone soup without labels. I’m vegetarian. Avoid.

Hotel facilities were amazing especially the pools - great for families. The staff at the reception were hit and miss. We arrived early and whilst our room was ready, they wouldn’t let us check in until the official time. Surrounding area is not for families - lots of drunk German tourists which spoil the area and quite a distance to Old Town Palma which has the nicer authentic Spanish restaurants - 30mins by public bus or 30 euros by cab. Whilst the resort itself is great, would chose a different area in Mallorca next time purely on surrounding area.

Excellent hotel and exceptional service
Really great service and nice staff. Everything was well organized and even when we had a problem it was resolved quickly and professionally. The food is really very very good. Multiple selections of fresh fish and meat every evening and breakfast was more than you could ask for. We even asked for an extension to our room and the staff went out of their way to assist us with our request. The beach is close about 1 minute walk and the swimming pools are modern and great with waiter/waitress service. Internet was also very relatable and fast. Highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Mallorca.

Nice clean hotel but room for improvements.
Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast selection was good but could be better with quality of food. Rooms were nice and clean, however the beds were singles joined together, which wasn't ideal for couples, and the beds were a little hard. No minibar in room, other than receiving water on arrival of 3 bottles. The pools are nice and clean. The service from the bar is good. With so many pools, but only smoking is at the front of the hotel or the car park.

Nice hotel but in the middle of the German party strip. Had most amenities but small things like no kids play area, no coffee in room, no free parking and no mini-bar were a little annoying. Enjoyed it though.

The hotel was outstanding. Very clean, modern and rooms were very comfortable. Staff at the rooftop bar were excellent. The area around the hotel is shabby with the beach full of groups of men (young and old) drinking all day. This is very much a German resort. Not the tranquil beach bars I was hoping for.

Never again this hotel!
Complete disaster situation at the pool. Management is maximizing profit with short time view. Too many guests for the available amount of seats. Especially on Sunday they are selling day pass tickets for external guests. This leads to situation as e.g. on China with people laying on the ground. Furthermore around 30% of the seats you have to pay daily fee if you want, which is insane for a “5 star hotel”. Another issue, the pool is opening at 10 o’clock, so before that you are not allowed to enter or swim, if you do, you will be immediately kicked out. The elder lifeguard at the pool is acting bouncer and tries to scary everyone in order get respect. I would recommend to replace this guy asap. The younger lifeguard is exceptional, he saved our days, always friendly to people with right attitude! Stuff at the reception with management is completely clueless about their job. I am not sure if they know what they are doing there and how to add value. During our 10 days stay, bed sheets weren’t replaced, which is completely not acceptable for “5 star” hotel. Stuff at the restaurant is very good and friendly. Food is as well very good. Good mix and variation every morning and evening. Overall, is a 3 Star hotel. As a recommendation, replacement of management with correct customer focus will improve a lot. Situation at the pool can be solved as well very easy, let the people start cleaning earlier and buy bit more beds + rearrange.

This hotel was absolutely great. Had ?6 pools I believe including a roof top one and an indoor spa (including sauna and Turkish bath). It was incredibly relaxing, the staff were friendly, the food was really nice. Would definitely stay again. Only con is there wasn't a lot going on around the hotel.. bit of a boring area, but it's an easy bus trip to Palma so no big deal really. Plus we were here in March so maybe it's a seasonal thing. Really enjoyed my stay!

This hotel stunk literally
This hotel room had a horrible order, they came and sprayed it it’s still smelled like sewer dead something. Also the AC was shut off because it’s October but it was still 80° outside during the day and at night it was still pretty warm. When I called to complain, they told me to open the window. it’s a busy street with cars passing all night long worst experience ever

Nice 4-stars hotel
Nice 4-stars hotel with modern designs and friendly staff. The room was spacious with a great view of the pool. The mattress was a little bit too hard and it would be good to have a coffee machine in the room. Plus, the coffee during breakfast needs a lot of improvement. In any case, I recommend the hotel.

Great value for your money! Fantastic hotel
Enjoyed my stay at the HM Ayron. Overall, the hotel has great amenities (great hotel gym!), friendly staff, good food and is clean. I would recommend staying here as fantastic value for your money. The only hiccup/frustration was long waits for the lifts!

Nice hotel with one serious problem
Lovely modern hotel with spacious rooms and nice facilities. However the biggest issue is that the rooms are not well insulated against noise so you hear everything outside your room and even from the room next door, I could literally hear the people next door speaking! If this doesn’t bother you then you’ll love this hotel, but for me it was not a great experience

Not 5 Star!
This resort is a 3 star with adornment. The cheap pine IKEA units in the bedrooms say it all, the furniture is all bolted down to cater for groups of single sex parties looking for a more modern holiday. Our party of 4 booked 2 rooms for 3 nights, we arrived on the first night at midnight to a stag party and numerous youngsters all smoking outside in skimpy outfits, and we left after 1 night. The price was cheap and so was the entire hotel! If you are expecting a 5 star do not check in here- we moved on to Zoetry resort instead which was lovely and deserved every one of its 5 stars. I reported to front desk the issues they had on site which included chipped and rusty furniture, cheap plastic panelling in showers instead of tiling (even the silicone trim to the plastic panelling was brown!) and rusty furniture on site.
