A spotlessly clean hotel with superb food and drink options in the restaurant. We very much enjoyed our stay here. I will just say that we were surprised to find that the shower in each room is just a glass cubicle in the room rather than in a bathroom. Fine if you’re a couple but not so much if friends. Resolved by having to take in turns to be on balcony whilst other showers. Hotel very quick transfer from the airport and only a 25 min bus journey into Palma. Local beach is a short walk across the street and plenty of loungers and shades to hire. The only down side is it is quite noisy area with large groups of youths as not far from popular German nightclub. You can however just walk a little further along the beach to find a quieter spot. All in all a lovely stay and sure we will return.

This hotel has many strengths and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The strength of this hotel is by far the amazing staff - EVERYONE was so pleasant and helpful and spoke every language - made us really feel at home. The hotel amenities and cleanliness is wonderful, the bkft and pool are great. The beach is a short walk although average compared to many beaches in Mallorca. One thing we wish we had known is this is a spot that is primarily visited by young German people who drink and party outside all day. If that’s not your vibe, stay in Palma. Otherwise, very pleasant stay.

However, we are a bit surprised about some of the things you mentioned as we have no record of them being that way.The lock of your room was checked and it worked correctly, it is true that the spring that pushes the door lacked a bit of force to close automatically, which we checked and adjusted at the time. Moreover, for security and privacy reasons all the locks in our hotel have a second security latch, which if used, would have prevented what happened.As for the person who entered your room was not drunk, but was a sleepwalker who was staying in the room next to yours, he got up at dawn and went out into the hallway when the door of his room closed, and in his sleepwalking state was trying to open the doors until he found one that was not locked and unfortunately was yours. I understand what a fright you had. I am sorry for what happened and I sincerely apologise. This client is a regular guest of the hotel and when he was aware of what had happened he came several times to apologise to the hotel reception.We also apologise if the night concierge did not understand what was going on and asked questions to find out what was happening. In 15 years as Director of this house nothing like this or similar has ever happened. In addition to the night concierge we also have security staff on duty at night to ensure that our guests get the rest they deserve. It is our utmost concern to make your stay as pleasant as possible.Lastly, we are unable to offer a free stay, however, we maintain our initial offer of a 30% rate of discount and a free upgrade to a room with a sea view. We hope you still had a great time in Mallorca and wish you all the best for the future.David Payeras,Hotel Manager.

We thought the property itself was beautiful. Upon checking in you are greeted with a welcome drink! The front deskman that checked us in was so nice, kind, and helpful. We stayed in the roof top suite and the view from the roof was breathtaking. The distance from the airport to the hotel is less than 15 minutes which we loved because we wanted to stay in close proximity. The hotel restaurant was so chic -- we had the half board w/ breakfast and dinner included and it was delicious. Great stay!

Wonderful! Startet with a welcome drink and stayed fantastic from arrival to departure! Extremely friendly staff, Great food (half board) with daily changing offers. Very clean! It was our first time in Palma de Mallorca and we loved our stay! The hotel is right on the playa del Palma beach, breakfast was great with Mimosa's available every morning, and close to all the restaurants. The room and hotel is very clean and staff is very welcoming, kind and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place!

Staff were relatively friendly however the air conditioning was rather inadequate. The photos on the website are quite flattering in comparison to reality. However you do get to store your luggage whilst awaiting your flight. In addition, the rooms do appear modern with the exception of the air conditioning unit. It is also close to the beach.

Staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. I stay in hotels all the time and I’ve never experienced such rude workers. Even the supervisor was super rude. The hotel is very danky and old, bed is as hard as a rock, I would’ve been better off sleeping on the floor then that bed. Hotels don’t make or break a trip for me but this place ruined my vacation. I highly recommend staying somewhere else. Not to mention there is a bar open until 5am blasting music shaking my room during my entire stay

Wonderful hotel in a location close to the beach. Be aware that if you are not German you may not feel very welcomed around this area. Also the older German guys like to walk naked around the spa. Hotel is great.

If you party, and want comfort- this is your spot
This is a great hotel- Unfortunately it is right in the middle of a VERY busy beach. The noise level is INSANE at night- If you are looking to relax- you just can't stay in this area of Majorca. If you want to party, and I mean party, this is the exact spot you want to be in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is lovely and helpful the food is good, and the common areas (pool/spa/lobby) are great!!!

Gorgeous hotel and room. Staff was incredible. Half board was So worth it. The food offerings, taste and presentation were fantastic. Disappointing/Hospitality Not a Priority
We stayed there in July for our honeymoon, and we expected the hotel to be an oasis for us. What we experienced actually had us trying to leave the hotel as much as possible because it was extremely negative right from when we first checked in. We were checked in by Jesus, a surly man that was not very pleasant. Not one of the staff asked us if we even needed help with our bags. When we arrived in our room there was a strong chemical odor in it like a paint thinner - we both noticed it and immediately went out on the balcony to get fresh air. We had been in the room for about 5 minutes when the front desk called to report that a fire alarm had been reported from our room. An employee confirmed that the fire alarm was set off by the fumes from the cleaning chemicals that the service folks used. We paid for the most expensive suite the hotel had, and given that fact we wanted to switch our room to another one that was comparable due to the incredibly strong odor. When we asked the employees at the front desk if switching rooms was possible, they requested that we open our balcony doors to ventilate and wait a night until the smell dissipated. The staff at the front desk always seemed annoyed/completely ignorant with us if we asked a simple question like how much we should expect to pay for for a taxi to downtown Palma.They made every conversation extremely difficult and uncomfortable, and at about day 3 we realized that this was the worst hotel service we had ever experienced.

Unfortunately there was not another room available we could offer you, as we were totally booked at the time of your stay. We were very happy you chose our hotel for your honeymoon, and it was our pleasure to welcome you with a special gift to celebrate this occasion. Our entire team was at your disposal asking you on various occasions, if everything was to your liking, always ready to do our best to fulfill your wished. Our stay here was absolutely amazing!!! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful; they saved dinner for us when we arrived after the kitchen closed, helped us to get taxis when needed, provided suggestions on places to eat/explore and were very attentive the entire time. The hotel is gorgeous, we really loved the amenities provided and would absolutely stay here again. The only thing we wish we had known was about El Arenal/Playa de Palma this time of year; we visited in July over a weekend and discovered it is like the teenage Dutch/German party strip. It was very rowdy with lots of drinking, which wasn’t really what we were looking for, but still a very enjoyable time as it was restful by the pool and the rooms were very quiet even though kids were partying until 4am. Once Monday rolled around, everything calmed down, which would have been the pace we were looking for. Next time - we will definitely come during the week if we plan a summer time trip :) Thank you Myseahouse for an amazing time!!!!

Amazing hotel Amazing food Amazing staff Quite inside from the party life outside Please note this is a German magaluf but never bothered us, less trouble and fights but sooo busy But the hotel is quite and you can’t hear the bars at night

The breakfast and dinner buffets are amazing. Literally so worth to go half board as the food is really good and high standard. The rooms are in a good condition but they are quite small. Very helpful staff and the security gives you extra confidence that no inappropriate people go into the property. There is a lot of noise from the street and other rooms which if you’re a light sleeper will be a problem.

The property was of a high standard. staff couldn't be helpful enough, every detail was looked after. food was of a high standard and plenty of choice. Only down side was in July large groups of young German tourists are out on 24 hour binges and are very load walking past the hotel all day and night a lot with mega phones just so they can be loader still. Cant hold that against the hotel but thought it may be useful to some customers before booking

Absolutely sensational facilities and service. From the second we arrived it was bliss. A glass of champagne on arrival and an early check in as our flight got in earlier than expected. Gorgeous and uninterrupted beach views from the room. Everything new and clean. We were even spoilt with chocolates and a bottle of champagne on the house as we were celebrating our anniversary. Near the hot spots and the pool is great. Staff service brilliant, they’ll cater to every need! And the buffet breakfast is great. No faults!
