The service was great they could pay more attention to the little details on the maintenance side. Overall very satisfied.

Facilities were very nice although there was some misconception about the location as unless you rent an apartment you actually stay at lion in the sun resort accross the street from the billionaire. Food and drinks were terrible for a resort of this caliber. Thank god dining in the area is excellent

The strange thing is when you book on Expedia you think you are booked at the Billionaire Resort but you end up staying at their different property called Lion in the Sun- very deceptive.
Other than that I had a pleasant stay at Lion in the Sun, the staff were extremely hospitable and exceeded my expectations. I would go back again and again.
I suggest you separate the properties when booking on Expedia.

We were really disappointed when we found out that you had to purchase everything even water and tea . I have never stayed in any place where water wasn’t free. Food was just not it . Pricey and not good quality food, only thing we genuinely enjoyed was the chocolate cake lava even though it was about 3 full spoons . We had stayed at sandies tropical which was few meters away, paid less than what we paid here and it was all inclusive. We mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary but it was not acknowledged. All the pools were very deep , some People don’t know how to swim . Overall we wouldn’t pay that much money for a resort like this . Highly disappointed

Wonderful hotel, beautiful location, excellent service, and above all caring staff. All staff call you by name the moment you step in the hotel, and at your service when you call them. Highly recommended 👌
