Staff were so friendly and helpful at all times - couldn’t have done more for us. Atmosphere was so relaxing and nice and the location was amazing. Have already recommend this location to anyone we know thinking of going to Italy - real 5 star hotel.

Stay here! Splurge on a balcony.
Loved this hotel! Great location, on the lake and steps from restaurants, shopping and a gelateria! The adjacent parking lot for €10/night was great. It was close-by and secure. Splurged on a room with a balcony and highly recommend that. But, there are also plenty of common areas with lake views. Buffet breakfast was terrific with lots of options, including eggs cooked to order. Staff all very solicitous and spoke English well.

One of the best hotels at Lago Di Garda
Super nice hotel. Great location super friendly and attentive staff. You sadly don’t find that kind of service in many hotels anymore.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The location is five minutes walk into the centre of the beautiful town of Malcesine. The hotel is ridiculously clean with a beautiful setting onto the lake. The staff are very polite, efficient and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If you go to Malcesine then stay at this hotel.

Best of Malcesine & Lago di Garda
I never, ever leave reviews, but this hotel exceeded our expectations! I just can't get it out of my mind. Top-notch location and exceptionally run hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and modern, and the bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom was likewise lovely and moderately sized. The breakfast was a real treat with a wide mix of buffet items and eggs and coffee to order. I would recommend upgrading to the Lake View. You won't be disappointed! We utilized the onsite parking which is limited, but very secure behind a fenced area. There is ample city parking 5 minute walk away. Malcesine is perfectly situated to enjoy the area. We were sad to leave which is always a good indicator. Hopefully we can return soon!

Great lake views and staff
this is a smallish hotel with a great location and really friendly staff make it worth a visit. Rooms with a lake view are a must. The garden around the side of the hotel is cute and as quiet as a library. Nice breakfast, would visit again. Parking should probably be reserved but 300 meter up the road there are some spots if you are lucky enough to get one which are free.

Lovely modern hotel with spectacular views from the rooms / deck / dining room as right on the lake-side. Missed a proper swimming pool and jacuzzi was cold not warm but still refreshing in the hot weather. We had a suite in the new block and it was lovely.

The Hotel Vega , is just the most perfect place, super location just yards from the main town, excellent facilities, all the staff will bend over backwards to make your stay perfect in every way, and a place I will certainly be returning too

The property is situated right on the lake front with amazing views. Not only does it have a great plunge pool, there's also a lovely garden that you can sit in and relax on sun lounges all day long. The staff are amazing. Always really happy, talkative and really helpful when we wanted to know about ferry times etc.

Great location overlooking lake. Few minutes walk to centre but in very quiet area. Well run by Marco the owner and his lovely team. Very attentive and friendly. Spotlessly clean and well furnished. Great food.

We loved the Vega , the staff , Jasmine , Marco and Mohammed couldn't have been nicer or more helpful . Great location , just minutes from the centre . Malcesine is a great base and we took ferries from there to Limone , Sirmione and Riva and of course the cable car up the mountain

A top hotel in its field that has everything- great staff led by Marcus whose attention to detail is impeccable. Vega is on the lake with views to die for; comfort surrounds you everywhere while the location is ideal - short walk to ferries, bars and social activity. Its smallish and so very personal which helps a lot when away from your own home comforts. I would not hesitate in recommending Hotel Vega to my very best friend.

Can’t reccommend this hotel enough. Friendly, very helpful staff. Rooms were spacious, clean and the views were incredible! Location was perfect too close to the restaurants and the main attractions.

Zuerst einmal hervorzuheben war die Sauberkeit des Hotels und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war ausgewählt aber absolut ausreichend. Eiergerichte und Kaffee wurden extra zubereitet. Die Lage direkt am See und in Innenstadt Nähe ist auch ein Traum. Lediglich die Anreise am Samstag (Markttag) war dadurch etwas herausfordernd. Was uns leider nicht so gut gefallen hat, war die Parksituation, es gab 4 Parkplätze direkt am Haus auf die wir nicht hingewiesen wurden (diese waren abwechselnd besetzt teilweise auch frei). Der Parkplatz der zum Hotel direkt gehört ist ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und kostet 10 Euro pro Tag. Was uns aber wirklich sehr gestört hatte war die Tatsache, dass die Frühstückstische direkt am Fenster reserviert wurden. Dadurch hatte man selbst nicht einmal die Chance direkt am Fenster zu sitzen andere jedoch den ganzen Aufenthalt über. Teilweise waren die Tische somit den halben Morgen reserviert und ungenutzt, dass fanden wir nicht fair gegenüber uns und den anderen Gästen. Es sollte noch einmal überdacht werden ob man hier zwei Klassen im Frühstücksraum schafft. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Super zentrale Lage
Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Balkon und das Zimmer war schon sehr, sehr großzügig und mit tollem Blick auf den Gardasee. Das Frühstück hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, da die Eierspeisen frisch zubereitet und an den Tisch gebracht werden. Trotz der späten Anreise (21:10) hat uns der Besitzer mit dem Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel geholfen. Wir haben den Autoschlüssel anschließend dem Hotel gegeben, da diese das Auto dann morgens selbstständig umgeparkt hatten, weil wir abends andere Autos zustellen mussten. Sehr gut war auch die Empfehlung des Restaurants in unmittelbare Nähe zum Hotel, da das Hotel selber kein Restaurantangebot hatte. Als wir telefonisch gefragt hatten, wurden uns Kleinigkeiten als Option angeboten, hatten uns dann aber für das Restaurant in der Nähe entschieden. Das Team und der Besitzer war durchgehend super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt im Eingangsbereich eine kleine Hotelbar, wobei aber auch in 3 Minuten zu Fuss im Stadtkern ist.

wunderschön gelegenes, sehr sympathisches Hotel
Dieses Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen und an Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit kaum zu übertreffen. Hilfsbereit war das Personal von A - Z und man fühlte sich wirklich sehr gut aufgenommen und betreut. Einzige negative Feststellung: In der Nacht: Fernseher rotes Lämpchen, ein anderes Gerät grünes Lämpchen, ein drittes Gerät blaues Lämpchen. Das war echt störend. Aber sonst würde ich dieses Hotel jedermann wirklich nur empfehlen.

Sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Empfang. Hilfe bei beim Ausladen des Gepäcks aus dem Auto. Sehr saubere, renovierte Zimmer, Balkon mit Seeblick. Hervorragende Lage direkt am See und am Ende der Fußgängerzone. Man ist mit wenigen Schritten in der Innenstadt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich, wir haben nichts vermisst. Sehr liebevoller und herzlicher Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden wieder kommen.

Hej, ett mycket fräscht hotell med en familjär stämning. Fantastiskt läge vid sjön så du kan ta ett dopp på morgonen (om det är tillräckligt varmt). Sjöutsikt från alla rum, god frukost och middag (om man väljer att äta på hotellet). Fantastisk personal som verkligen vet vad värdskap är;). Hotellet har ett bra läge, nära in till centrum och precis i mitten på strandpromenaden som går genom hela Malcesine.

War ein super Aufenthalt mit eigener Terrasse und Blick zum See! Perfektes Frühstück auch mit wundervollem Blick zum See! Und alle super nett! Einzig negatives war dass wir unser Auto nicht bis 14:00 uhr stehen lassen haben können! Und als kleinen Tipp ans Hotel... im Bad wären Kosmetiktücher super und eine Steckdose für die mitgebrachten Föhns (also breitere)! Alles in allem trotzdem mehr als zu empfehlen!

Kanonhotell Precis vid vattnet 200 meter från ”centrum” soldäck och bubbelpool modell större, även en liten trädgård med solstolar om ni tycker det blir trångt på soldäcket. Bra frukost och fantastiskt hjälpsam personal.

Hotellet drivs av en helt fantastisk människa med en exceptionell känsla för service. Marco är en av de mest positiva människor jag träffat. Hans hotell är ett av de bättre jag någonsin bott på, och läget alldeles vid sjön är helt fenomenalt... Även den övriga personalen på hotellet håller otroligt hög servicenivå. De har samma positiva inställning och sköna attityd som ägaren. Vi kommer absolut att återvända till detta otroligt mysiga ställe.

Malcesinen paras hotelli!
Tässä on hotelli, jolla on todennäköisesti Malcesinen paras oma terassi aivan järven päällä. Muutenkin hotellin sijainti oli todella hyvä, parkkipaikka löytyi, siisteys huippua, tyylikäs sisustus, aamupala järvinäköaloineen huippua ja tuoretta ja palvelukin pelasi. Pieni miinus aamupalatarjoilijan pienestä tylyydestä mutta sellainen toisaalta kuulunee italialaiseen kulttuuriin. Kun varaat tämän hotellin, niin tee itsellesi palvelus ja maksa pientä extraa järvinäköalasta. Garda-järven takia tänne kuitenkin tullaan. Hotelli on toisaalta niin hyvä, että voi sen varata muutenkin vaikka ei sattuisi järvinäköalaa saamaan.
