Really Enjoyable Stay
We really enjoyed our stay, the food was great, the staff were very friendly and the location was spot on. The only improvement could be for the hot tub to be hot.

Modern, clean hotel
This hotel is great for a short break, 10 minute walk to the beach front. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were four of us in a room so there wasn't loads of room but it was clean and comfortable. Only two sockets which wasn't great but we managed Quite a modern hotel, quiet quiet. We didn't eat here at all so can't comment on the food standard and mix Would be happy to go back here for another long weekend

Nice hotel.... but....
First impressions were hotel was of lovely condition, rooms basic but clean and beds really comfortable. Tomara behind bar makes all cocktails from scratch, worth the wait but it is quite a wait as it's only her working behind there!! Breakfast is ample, continental but does the trick! Only downfall was one night I was awoken by the hotel manager screaming at a female, I thought he was going to punch her. Yes she had made some noise coming up the stairs at 2am but there was a group of them so hardly all down to her, I opened my door to see what was going on to see the manager spitting in her face with his venom and calling the police!! All a bit OTT! It was very scary and am sure there are better ways to deal with middle aged women! Shame this happened as it ruined what was a lovely stay, luckily we didn't see him for duration of holiday, thankfully the other staff were welcoming and polite! Worth a walk into old town of torremolinos, come out of hotel, down the slope and walk left, and you'll find lots of little hidden streets and plaza's where you can eat at really reasonable prices! Or head across the road and follow road down and you will get to beach front, well worth a day on beach people watching!! All in all a lovely break, shame about the shouting though!

Lovely clean hotel, 5 min walk to the beach.
Enjoyed our time at Natursun in Torremolinos, rooms are basic but clean and tidy. No tea and coffee facilities as stated on room amentities and the mini bar is just an empty fridge. The bar maid by the pool speaks little English so there is a language barrier and she is quite miserable to be honest and slow, we always had to go find her if we wanted a pool drink even when it was busy. The pool area is spotless but the water in the pool and jacuzzi is freezing. Was also told tea and coffee around the pool or after a night out if we sat and had one before bed on an evening was free but ended up with room charges on check out so be careful of that. All in all a lovely clean hotel and I would be happy to go back there again if we were to go back to Torremolinos.

Pleasant & convenient hotel
Very easy to find. Pool was Fab & not too noisy. Would have been nice to have a light near the mirror to put make up on & although there were no bath towels or coat hangers that was quickly remedied by the staff who were always friendly & helpful. Breakfast was fine but would have been nice if something like scrambled eggs & baked beans availabler rather than being carb heavy . The hotel is fairly modern in decor which was nice

We had 2 rooms another for a friend who came with us, we enjoy our stay and the pools was a little small size but good enought, as our kids enjoy it every day.

Clean but basic hotel
The breakfast wasn't particularly impressive, but the bed was comfortable. Didn't sleep too well though because the walls were thin and you could hear every footstep outside the room in the corridor. Room was clean enough but quite small. Not a great view out the back - the sea view rooms are definitely better. Also wasn't a fan of having to hand my key to reception every time I left the hotel. Nice outside seating area though and staff changed tv to channel I wanted for me.

Hotel is in a fantastic location
The hotel is in a fantastic location, convenient for the beach and local bars and restaurants. The room we were given was a family room, 2 x single beds pushed together, a bedside table and a further single bed to the side of the bedside table. The room smelled of stale tobacco, quite strong. The room did not have a nice view as it was at the back of the hotel and overlooked the street behind and the roofs of outbuildings, but we are not concerned about a view. The bathroom looked quite modern, but had not been cleaned properly. There were dark finger marks and smudges all over the white bathroom door. The breakfast was adequate, not much in the way of hot food (only hard boiled eggs and mini hot dog sausages). There was a good selection of cereal / bread / pastries and fruit.

This Hotel was clean and modern.
This Hotel was in a location 5 minutes from the Beach and local restaurants. It was modern and spotlessly clean with a Hot powerful shower and infinity style swimming pool. Pedro the main receptionist was polite, friendly and most helpful. We would definitely return to this Hotel. We upgraded to a front sea view room which was ideal.

The hotel was great. We booked a room but was quite small for 4. The hotel arranged for us to be upgraded to their top floor room which was at a reasonable cost. This was great 2 bedrooms and a sea view - fantastic.

Absolute gem of a hotel
Fabulous hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The pool area was quiet, well maintained and not crowded with great comfortable luxurious sun beds. This hotel is both great value and a real little gem of a place to stay, being close to all amenities .

It said free parking near by.... No one at the hotel knew where the free parking was. All hotels near the beach have free nearby parking. Was kind of annoyed that we booked for free parking but found little information. Breakfast was rubbish!

Good location 5minites from beach. Poor hotel nothing like photos I've seen, booked a sea view room expecting to get sun longers like on the photos it didn't. Pool was relaxing but sun longers were dirty. Room was ok cleanish but lack of toiletries let it down 1 bar of soap for a week and slow to leave new loo roll. Bed was comfy and staff were friendly but I won't return.

Lovely hotel, close to beach and city
Hotel Natursun is a nice hotel, modern and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The food was ok-ish, not as bad as i expected by reading other reviews and on the nights i ate there, i found something to suit me, breakfast is more continental but that suited me. Whilst the staff were very pleasant and spoke English, they couldn't understand a lot of things (i.e, our fridge was not working and they couldn't get what i meant) eventually they did and it was either fixed or swapped over really quickly. We arrived late at night and just went to our room then the next morning i realised i was not in a premium room on the top floor as i was told i would be so i asked to be moved and was told to come back later in the day (which i did) but after 3 attempts at getting moved, i gave up asking. Our room was a bit of a tight squeeze between the bottom of the bed and bathroom door but overall i was happy enough. There appeared to be a problem with the parasols by the pool, most people couldn't operate them properly (myself included) so had to get a member of staff to help ..... this resulted in the parasol almost falling on me when the wind caught it and thanks to another guest who saw it, he rushed to save it from going over the glass balcony (this sounds like a complaint but it's NOT really) the next day, i heard staff on the phone ordering new ones and they were delivered and in place within hours so 10/10 for being on the ball.

Modern hotel near to beach
This is a quiet hotel, just 10 mins walk from a gorgeous beach which has lots of lovely restaurants adjacent to it. Food at the hotel is simple, not fancy, but does the job. We liked the fact that the hotel was quiet and relaxing, the staff were very helpful indeed and that is was clean and modern.

The hotel has a very modern feel with a nice outdoor pool and seating area. Breakfast was decent and the wifi worked well. The parking situation is dicey though, the hotel is on a steep, winding street that's pretty narrow. They offer paid parking in a garage though.

winter break.
Had a very nice stay at this hotel will go again soon. Staff very nice will advise when coming from Malaga airport by train get off at torrimolinos station because its a 10 to 15 min walk down hill to hotel whereas we were advised get off at Montemar station and took longer.Glad we found it.

Stayed here before and it was great, but this time the room wasn't very good, avoid ground floor rooms if you can. It wasn't totally clean, lights were broken, water was lukewarm most of the time and slugs came in from the garden twice, which isn't the hotel's fault but a bit offputting. Staff were very good though as always

The staff at the Natursun in Torremolinos was experienced, helpful, and extremely friendly. They went out of their way to make sure that my family and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable.

Fabulous 2 night getaway for a couple!
All staff were very helpful and friendly - I had even tried to practice writing an email in Spanish to them and they promptly replied for me :). The hotel is very well kept and clean. There are a lot of stairs, but there are lifts for people who would have reduced mobility. It is at the top of a small hill, so bear this in mind if you are considering a hotel in Torremolinos and you have trouble walking. Otherwise, it was only a 5 - 10minute walk down to the beach near La Carihuela. The room was lovely, decor minimalistic and modern. There was air conditioning, a balcony and a mini fridge, however no tea and coffee making facilities or hair dryer - which suited us as we were only staying for 2nights so was not an important feature. There was a safety box in the room which did not require any further deposit or fee which was excellent. I stayed here to celebrate the 2 year anniversary of my boyfriend and I and we had a lovely stay. We did not eat at the hotel but the dinner hall always seemed busy in the evening, suggesting the food is good. There was a jacuzzi and outdoor pool or your could pay ten euro to use the indoor pool and spa at a nearby hotel. The area is quiet, but I would not describe it as 'seedy' as mentioned in another post. There is Club Geisha nearby, which when I Googled it seemed to be a gentleman's club, however we did not see or hear anything unusual during our stay and it was very quiet and peaceful :) I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta pääosin ystävällinen. Englannilla pärjäsi respassa, allasbaarin henkilökunnalta englanti sujui huonommin. Aamupalabuffet oli hyvä ja riittävän monipuolinen. Huoneen siisteystaso oli ok, mutta parvekkeelle kerääntyi aika paljon hiekkaa ja sen puhdistuksesta sai huolehtia itse. Lisäksi käytössä olleet pyyhkeet olivat jo sen verran vanhoja, että pyykkäämisestä huolimatta niissä näkyi käytön jäljet. Olimme varanneet 4 hengen huoneen, mutta tilaa oli riittävästi vain (isolle) parivuoteelle ja yhdelle lisävuoteelle. Auton pitäminen hotellin autotallissa tuli usealta yöltä aika kalliiksi, vaikka saimme pienen alennuksen. Autotallin oven avaamista sai ajoittain odottaa useamman minuutin, sillä sen sai vain auki painamalla summeria. Ei kovin käytännöllistä. Välillä joutui käymään respassa ja pyytämään henkilökohtaisesti oven avaamista, kun lukuisista painalluksista huolimatta ovi ei auennut. Kaiken kaikkiaan olemme kuitenkin tyytyväisiä hotelliin ja sen palveluihin. Rantaan ja keskustaan oli hyvin lyhyt matka.

Hôtel convenable pour un 3 étoiles sauf repas
notre séjour à l'hôtel Natursun s'est bien passé. Il est bien situé, 3 à 5 mn de la plage et 10 mn du centre ville. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux mais par contre ne pas prendre la demie pension ; repas pas terrible du tout pour un 3 étoiles; nous avons été très déçu de ce service, Autrement, chambre correcte avec vue sur piscine et mer.

Très bon accueil, hôtel propre et bien situé
a notre arrivée nous avons eu une chambre toute petite (pas d'espace entre la salle de bain et le lit) par contre très grande terrasse avec vue superbe. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et très gentiment l employé de la réception nous a immédiatement déménage nos valises pour une chambre hyper spacieuse au dernier étage avec la meme terrasse que la précédente.nous avons passé une super semaine au sein de cet hôtel qui est très propre et bien entretenu. Petit déjeuner à 5euros par personne correct (sucré et salé sont proposés). Pour le soir un menu à 12euros avec une boisson est proposé mais nous n'avons pas teste. L hôtel est super bien situé (5mn de la plage et 10mn du centre à pied) nous reviendrons très volontier l année prochaine.
