"Great hotel at the great location, staff is very helpful and polite. Food is varied and tasty at the breakfast. The only thing we didn’t like - paid Sun beds at the hotel designed area at the beach, too expensive, 15 euros per person or 60 for Bali bed. Anyway, the overall experience was very good. "

"My confirmed and paid hotel stay was cancelled by hotel. Only upon arrival we were told that booking was cancelled. I had 3 flights before this, a total of 23h of travel, and received no support whatsoever to find other hotel. Hotels.com has returned money now, but I hereby demand that Sol Wave pay for our stay 1520€, and that Hotels.com manage this claim with the hotel, as Hotels.com has choosen to establish partnership with wrong and poor quality hotel and should therefore assume...
