Mi insatisfaccion no es con el hotel y si con Expedia, cuando hice la reservacion clique con desayuno incluido, eso elevo en precio basico y pague 246.96 euros. Cuando llegue al hotel y pregunte a la asistente me informo que mi estadia no incluia el desayuno y caso quisiera deberia abonar 10 euros por persona.

Madrid 2023
Trip to Madrid outstanding, 100% worth a visit. Lots of culture, history and architecture. The hotel however was approximately 60 minutes from the airport on the amazing Madrid metro, and after a day of travelling, next time I will pick something close to city centre.

Typical hotel for this chain
It is a very basic hotel, but is clean and well maintained. I've stayed at hotels from the same chain in Barcelona and Valencia, also and the rooms are the same. For short stays is excellent. The only downside of this hotel is the transports aren't very close and there are some steep streets around.

The hotel is located conveniently near to the metro station Ciudad. The rooms are clean and got everyday cleaning. The staff are friendly and the location is quite but in a good neighborhood.

Steep decline to get to the property from the main street. Those traveling on public transportation with limited mobility may want to reconsider. Hotel offers minimal items in the room. Need to put a €10 deposit for a hair dyer. It is Ok for a very short stay.

The property was good for a 5-day stay, although the facilities were basic (more so than in the UK) and the hotel was quite far away from the centre of Madrid, although this is reflected in the lower price and lower noise levels, plus the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Con respecto a la ubicación, es cierto que no estamos en el centro de Madrid, sin embargo tenemos buenas conexiones con transporte público para poder acceder a cualquier punto de la ciudad en 20 o 30 minutos, un tiempo más que comprensible teniendo en cuenta las dimensiones de la capital. En último lugar, dejarle saber que fue un auténtico placer atenderle y estamos deseando volver a tenerle de vuelta muy pronto.

I stayed at this location for 3 nights and I would say it was a bit disappointing as I paid and requested for a queen bed but I was given twin bed. The soap dispenser wasn’t working in the room and I reported it to two separate people at the reception and they said they will get room service to fix it but it wasn’t fixed. All they did was apologised and gave me some cheap quality soap which broke into small pieces when you scrub it on your body.

Dear client, we give you the twin room because the travel agency sent us the reservation in this way and we were full, therefore it was impossible to change the room. About the soap we are sorry for the inconvenience but when the soap dispenser in the room does not work the alternative from reception is giving you a soap amenities.Best regards
