"Great hotel. Was very clean, had AMAZING air conditioning, great shower, very helpful staff, very comfy beds, lovely and comfy sitting area outside, pool was great. Easy to get to the airport. Bit trickier to get to the centre and takes about 50 minutes on public transport which is the only downfall. There are some cheap lockers at the hotel which came in handy on our last day as our flights were at 10:30pm and we still wanted to explore the city without having to carry all of our luggage."

"I loved my stay here. It was close to everything I needed. It was by the airport, but I could get a taxi or Uber easily from the hotel. I also took the metro and it puts you off about 10 minutes away from the hotel. If you don’t mind walkingThe staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is vast and delicious. Fresh fruit every day, different types of meat, perfect for every taste. The rooms were clean. The area was safe. I will stay here again."

"Nice hotel fairly close to Madrid airport. Good size room and good AC. Free shuttle to airport only goes at the top of the hour though and max 20 people. Shuttle makes multiple stops at bus and various terminals so can take more time than a taxi. Forgot to report this at checkout - an odd thing happened around midnight. The room light by the entry door went on for a couple minutes and woke me up. At 1st thought maybe someone in room, but no one there thankfully and it went off."
