I recently stayed at this hotel for three days and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the hotel staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign in our room, and when we requested housekeeping at 2 PM because our room hadn't been cleaned yet, we were rudely told that we were on the schedule and they couldn’t expedite it. The amenities were also disappointing. The toilet seats were extremely small and uncomfortable, and the quality of the toilet paper was poor. The shower pressure was so intense it felt piercing. Additionally, the coffee machine in our room was dirty, making it unusable. We had booked a room with one queen bed but were given a room with two queen beds instead. I don't need the extra bed, and it matters to me that I either get what I booked or be upgraded, which did not happen. The parking garage was another issue. It was dingy and had extremely low clearance. If you have an SUV, be prepared to possibly hit something on the ceiling. On the positive side, the hotel is very walkable to dining options and sightseeing areas, which was convenient. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to the numerous issues we encountered during our stay.

The one you stayed in is quite a bit larger. We also sent communication regarding housekeeping service which you can opt in for a daily service. It was nice that the parking was under the hotel. We also liked that you needed a room key to get on the hotel floors. Starbucks is right there too!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Located across from the Capitol building and Saturday Farmers Market on Saturday. Hotel (rooms)itself was old and could use an update. Shower was dangerous. No grab bars and an extremely slippery floor. Disappointed that restaurant on site only served breakfast and lunch. Dinner was in the bar with limited menu.

This downtown hotel is our favorite place to stay in Madison. The location is incredibly convenient and it has many wonderful amenities, including a restaurant and bar, shuttle service around town and to the airport, and a swimming pool. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable.

This was a very short stay with an early checkout (4 a.m.) but it would have been great to start longer and appreciate it more. A beautiful place with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. I would definitely come back again.

Everything about my stay was nothing short of excellent! The food was spectacular, best room service breakfast in bed I think I’ve ever had. Starbucks is in the hotel, so when I checked out I sat and had a coffee before exploring for the day. The Capitol is right behind the hotel! 10/10 will stay here every time I’m in Madison!

Have stayed many times at the Concourse with our 9 pound, elderly little lap dog - this was the first time that we were required to pay a $40 pet fee at check in. This information was not on the Expedia website, and we felt trapped - we arrived with a reservation and had no choice. We would have made another choice if the price was clearly communicated.

We have stayed there twice and unfortunately both times the water ran brown in the bath in our room. On the second visit, the HVAC was making a loud rattling sound every few minutes, an engineer tried to fix it but the tape he put over the panel that was rattling fell off 10min after he left. I had to wedge a pillow over the panel or it would be too loud to sleep

Live music in the bar on Friday night. Bartenders were amazing. Staff was helpful and very friendly. The entire building is very clean and quiet. Great downtown location. So many walkable venues and dining options. Not to mentionnthe great view of the Capitol. Would stay again.
