Basically, my stay was everything I needed, great location, pleasant staff, comfortable room with LOTS of towels. Breakfast was fine, the bagel I had was fresh, there were bowls of apples and bananas, the oj did not taste watered down like it often does in breakfast-included hotels. I thought $5 to upgrade to stream-worthy internet was quite reasonable.

Everything, furniture, carpet, paint, fixtures was brand new, not sure if new hotel or renovation, but very lovely. We asked for a different room away from pool and manager was awesome. Accommodating, professional, kind, couldn't have been better customer service experience. I will definitely stay here again. Quiet and comfortable. Top choice in a city with a lot of hotel choices.

Needed a quiet nice place to get a good night rest! Great experience! Only complaint was the "fitness room" not very kept up equipment and equipment needed to be cleaned and tuned up. Pool was great, room awesome, staff friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast included was actually fantastic! Would recommend.

The room was comfortable and the housekeeping department did an excellent job. I had forgot an item in the dresser drawer. When I remembered it was missing 2 days later I contacted the housekeeping department. They had found it and were holding it for me. The restaurant was very good and the wait staff there were excellent. The front desk staff was often abrupt and often were busy talking to each other.

It was fantastic except for breakfast. I was shocked that breakfast wasn't included for that price.
We had breakfast at 10:30 am or later. The waiter said that the price of the bouffet was $13 a person so I was shocked when the total bill was $35.50
There wasn't much to choose from with the scrambled eggs. They was just the leftovers scraped from the edge. The french toast was terrible. The fruit and juice and sausages were good.
The service was great.
Sunday we walked over to the Best Western and ordered off of the menu. We both had scrambled eggs, french toast and orange juice. It was $23 total plus a $5 tip. That food was fantastic. We won't make the same mistake about having anything to eat at the Hilton.
