"We arrived early and they did their best to give us a room earlier than the check in time.
The room had a great size and loved not having a carpet floor. It feels cleaner.
We brought our bikes and they were very kind storing them overnight. The service from the front desk people was great. Very kind and helping you feel welcome and they try to your meet your specific needs. Great location for biking as it has easy access to bikes trails than can easily take you downtown or around Lake Monona. We will definitely come back!"

Nos tocó buscar nuestras cosas en lo oscuro y ni siquiera el empleado nos dejó saber que se iba a cerrar unos minutos antes. Pienso que deberían por lo menos dejar saber que uno tiene que salir antes deberían las 10:50. No que dicen que cierran a las 11 pm"
"In the world of UBER and other services many hotels no longer offer shuttle services. I had to depart before they served breakfast so can't comment on that. I had to be at the airport at 3:30 a.m., having to try to get to sleep by 8pm with hallway activity and our room next to laundry made it difficult. Property was clean and staff exceptional. Highly recommend, just plan to use a paid service to get to airport."
