"One of the worst motels I’ve stayed in a long time. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The lady checking us in was very unhelpful. They require a $50 CASH deposit which is absolutely ridiculous. They could have communicated this to us before we arrived via message on this app but instead had to go to an ATM and get cash out and eat the ATM fee. On top of that we booked a king room. She gave us our keycards and we went to the room to discover a double queen. We returned to the desk to ask about it and was told they only had a double queen because we had 2 dogs with us. Which is fine I guess but could have been COMMUNICATED to us before we went to the room. The motel is super run down and the room smelled stale and like mildew. Everything is old and damaged. The TV remote did not work at all. Had to manually change channels. The curtain wasn’t long enough to cover the sliding door so we had to put a sheet up to block the sunlight in the morning and the building lights at night. The pool was fine but no towels. Breakfast was super basic. The only good thing was the onsite restaurant. Food was decent and the staff were very friendly."

"Front desk rep was very nice! Hotel is showing its age somewhat. Smelled musty in hallways. Room was very small. Bathroom and shower was the best part of the stay- looked like it had been updated. Beds were hard and not very comfortable. Ok for a one night stay."

"Avoid this place a all costs. The lobby is clean enough but you have to speak to someone on a screen in another country on something that resembles an ATM to check in which is a bit annoying but it was the least of our worries. The rooms smelled like a basement that had been flooded and left to dry, the smell of mildew was so bad in the bedrooms, and I mean multiple room, there was an elderly couple that had checked in ahead of us and literally turned around after they went to their room and demanded there money back and checked out of the hotel due to the smell in their room. the carpet in the hallways were heavily stained and rotted and looked like there where burn marks in patches of it. We were a group of 10 that checked in and 5 of our rooms were unfit to be slept in and they had to be changed to rooms that "didn't smell as bad" Overall the hotel is disgusting. they advertised a pool as well and the pool was drained and out of service. you get what you pay for as this hotel is definitely cheap. if you are just looking for a place to crash for a night as we were and don't mind playing "Room roulette" as you try and find a room that is habitable then it's fine but definetly ask to see the rooms before you check in. if I could give it a 0 I would but a 1 is about all I can give"

"When calling the hotel prior to check in, the customer service was absolutely delightful! The customer service agent I spoke to was pleasant, helpful and competent. Checking in was slow. We arrived late, about 1045 pm and waited 30 minutes in line to check in. Customer service agent at the desk was pleasant, but clearly overwhelmed with the tasks. The room we were staying in had clean sheets...thank goodness for that. The bathroom was dirty, hair in the shower drain and hair on the toilet, dirty floor. Rugs did not appear to be vacuumed. The cleaning person assigned to our room was also very dirty appearing, disheveled and unapproachable. Not sure we will book here again."
