Deserve less than 1/2 stars
It was very bad hotel and does not deserve 5 stars hotel, I stayed there for 2 days and no one come for cleaning and room service as I called them for that but no response. Another thing there was very bad smell in the room and there was cooking smell overall the hotel. the bed smell very bad and itch all the night.

we were told they had problems with laundry service so they could not supply BATH TOWELS,also tissue paper not supplied staffing problems and they could not clean rooms because they were very busy. ours was free breakfast and we were accomodated in breakfast lounge with INDONESIAN FOOD!!!! was a bad experiance. We think they overcharged and we must get some kind of refund . we had given in writing the frontdesk and the management about issues but for nothing

The pictures make it look a lot nicer. The building is getting old and the reception staff is slow as a turtle. Given how much traffic and tourism this area gets, I assume the staff would be much more qualified to handle things more professionally and fast.

I like the proximity to the Haram. The room switches are not user friendly, the house keeping is just terrible, the staff in the reception are not very active when it comes to services after check in. Check in was very fine, Haitam was a nice guy but after him No1.

The location is great, reception staff are very professional and breakfast is awesome. The hotel needs some renovation as the carpet bathroom need renovation and the AC is getting old as it stopped working twice.

Very close to women entrance. The staff was very friendly and the coffee with dates after each salah is wonderful gesture by the hotel management. The breakfast was fair and could be better. The rooms are spacious but without windows with outside views, i did ask the front desk guy to change my room but he said there are no rooms with outside views as this hotel is surrounded by buildings. Overall it was a good service and would recommend others.

Fantastic experience customer service is outstanding 1st time stayed in this hotel after my 4th visit. Other hotels don’t come near in customer service which include Shaza, oberio, dar al taqwa. I would recommend this hotel anytime of the day. Possible improvements can be made like breakfast and some modernisation overall excellent stay

Booked two twin beds Room has only 2 single beds Moved me to bigger room but was same with one large double king bed With supposedly to have additional single bed, No bed cane after four contact with reception, Reception answered phone only one out of 5 calls. Bathroom blocked, flooding out. Still no help. Hotel is new , sheets clean But very large with very few staff, can’t serve 10% of hotel. Sad.

Location is good athough 10 min to Rauza Shareef for women. Customer service is weak. At reception the only 2 people to speak to are Hosam and Ahmed if you have a problem otherwise you're going around in circles which can be very frustrating. Specially for a spiritual journey.

This hotel was perfect for my family and I. It is less then 30 sec from Masjid Al-Nabawi. Great location, close to restaurants, close to shopping.... staff beyond amazing.
