"Our stay was terrible, first of all there was no soap in the bathroom, we had to beg for water and staff mentioned in multiple occasions that water is chargeable, although we weren’t asking for much, in my other booking for my family we booked a two bedroom suite with two sofa beds, non of the sofa beds are usable, according to one of the staff they had to change them to sofas instead of sofa beds, the sofas were so filthy and old candy and stuff were stuck to the mattresses"
