"The staff were very kind, and my children really enjoyed the pool. However, some of the support posts in the lazy river were in poor condition, with nails visible, and the water slide and hot tub were not operating during our stay. I hope these issues can be addressed and improved by next year. Thank you for your attention and for an otherwise enjoyable experience."

"We checking in on Friday and checked out on Monday it was problem after problem They moved us from our original hotel to another one thinking they where doing us a favor when I went to the location hotel.com had for our original reservation the hotel was a water park hotel with an actual beach on the water so I sent a message to the property asking why we where changed and still charged the same since the other location was much nicer and had a lot more, we then had staff members knocking on our door at 10 pm telling me we had to go to the office to sign paperwork the owners had to have it done right NOW, I had to wait for them to go pick up these papers at another location the. Was told the hot tub would be fixed Saturday (no heat in the hot tub) but that we did have use of the hotel with the water park (they told me that it was a typo on the hotels.com site that my original reservation was at a different one and not the one with the water park) we just had to stop by in the morning to fill out the waver to go use it. So we stoped by Saturday and they didn’t have the paperwork for us to sign (even tho they told us to stop in to sign it) and the hot tub never got fixed at our location. The parking lacked space to get out it was very hard to leave when we where ready to go exploring, our fire alarm was disassembled the bathroom door would not shut and the floors felt nasty we had to keep our shoes the whole time cuz the floors felt so nasty. Not the best experience by far!"

"Water dripped from ceiling in bathroom. 1 of 3 lights over bathroom sink worked. Light in King bedroom had no bulb. No “do not disturb” sign for door. No lid for ice bucket. However, for only two people that are pretty self-sufficient, the stay actually went pretty well. Dining room for breakfast felt like the heat was on though."
