"The airport shuttles are not continuous. I had to take a cab to the hotel. Once at the hotel, I had to wait to check in, as the front desk is not manned continually.
I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. I asked to have my room serviced, and the front desk started to push back and required me to insist that they service the room.
The hotel appears to be structured for a single night's stay."
"The staffs were very accommodating with my requests like early check in, extended night booking.
I left chocolates in the room when I checked out. Wonderful surprise, the hotel emailed me that they have them and kept them till I collected."
"Check-in machine broken. Hallway carpets hadn't seen a vacuum for quite some time. Old thermostat impossible to regulate either freezing or off. Not a fan of these low contact hotels. Will not stay again"
