Very limited restaurants and most of them open late, no options for lunch. Difficult to call the front desk and room services, most of the time just endless ringing

This hotel is more than a family stay. All the rooms and service are above the others. We can really appreciate all the efforts the staff put in helping us with our stay. A clean safe place for kid's and the food was gredt.

It gets loud in the hallway at night. The bed is so hard. I like the pool, gym is so small. Breakfast buffet is mediocre but the service is excellent we got our latte as requested since brewed coffee taste like mud.

Considering the area of Clark and adjoining Marriot, Swissotel next to Widus, I had a high standard thought of the place. Upon check in time - slow service (1 hour wait and I had to keep confirming the desk of my wait) and no luggage help offered to me. Not much greeting offered from staff Shower in the room leaked. TV service is just awful . Like a few news and local channels but it’s pretty much locked like a hotel advertisement tv . So that was useless Buffet breakfast room was full so they placed the rest of us in various rooms and sent out limited trays of food to try to accommodate. Unorganized Food menu and room service is way overpriced. You’ll see if there. So that’s my experience only and just reviewing.

The staff was by far excellent and very consistency inntheirnquality if service. The facility itself could certainly use a gacelift and upgrades. But overall experience was great.

This is our second stay at the widus good place, rooms spacious, breakfast style buffet, we didnt rent car so we needed a taxi to go places would recomend to others, We will stay again.

Overbooked but they made amends to my satisfaction
When we checked in there was not a room but they made arrangements to stay at the Swiss Hotel next door. The manager walked us over and got us the room. She apologized for the overbooking and the room as the Swiss Hotel was excellent.

The staff (guards, concierge..etc.) are GREAT!!, the rooms on the otherhand(furnates, dirty old bathroom tiles, shower(took awhile to operate to get hot water)...pretty much outdated. I booked 2 different days due to Mariott has no vacancy and my contact person work there. Great price for overnight stay to rest, but not for a staycation...nope!!, the pictures on website must have been taken when they opened up, esp. the bath rooms.

Love the food and the accommodations. What I was disappointed with was that there were a few people foreign and locals who were not wearing a mask and were walking around the check-in area. Also, the restaurant had some foreign and local guests not wearing masks near the food area. I get it it's uncomfortable but for safety purposes, it should be enforced with no exceptions.

The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Buffet was ok. They only give a maximum of 4 bath towels per room, no hand towels or face towels, and you have to pay extra if you need more towels. I hope they would do renovations soon as the walls in the hallway are peeling. Overall, it was ok for the price.

Property needs renovating. The fixtures in the rooms are outdated. Signs of age are evident around the property.

It was okay here but weekend has lots of people. Room is okay, but don’t expect a super modern one. Maybe next time we will book a weekday stay so we can enjoy the big swimming pool and the slide.
