The only good thing about the property is the suites can fit a lot of people. And the price is reasonable. But, the AC doesn't work. They moved us, and then wanted us toove a 3rd time to a different building when the 2nd room was too hot. Now, they'll tell you the room was cold by their standards, but if you're an American going from 90 degrees outside to 79 degrees inside is not functioning AC. They also charged my credit card twice. (The refunded the 2nd charge but this was after I told them I already paid and they insisted on taking my card again) The biggest issue is that the property doesn't care about the customer complaint They didn't understand why I didn't want to move rooms AGAIN. And they kept insisting I didn't deserve a discount because they provided 'good' service. The staff at the desk sucked. One girl literally tried to gaslight me into believing the broken AC was all in my head. She kept saying 'no one else has this issue', 'I was in the room and it was working fine', treating me like I was crazy or a nuisance.... However there are a whole bunch of reviews on the property saying what I'm saying. I wish I read them before booking and I never would've picked this property. They did give me a small refund for the first room, but only after heated arguments back and forth. 10/10 would NOT recommend

A pleasant trip. The apartment is cleaned everything day and bed linen changed every 2 days which is rare for an appart:-hotel. The staff members are always at your disposal for your comfort

Everything was great in terms of infrastructure. I paid for wifi/was supposed to be included and it wasn’t working. I had rented there to work remotely and lost some money because I couldn’t trade on the NY stock exchange.

I booked this hotel because they pride themselves taking cleaniness and covid-19 safety measures seriously. Despite what was advertised, there is no 24 hour vacancy between each occupant, and several people of the cleaninf staff were not wearing masks while working.

Nice experience
Nice apparthotel, very clean, big room / appartment. A little bit far away from the center but the metro is in walking distance (5 minutes). Nice experience.

Property is 5 minutes from metro which was convenient. There is nothing around this property. Our room phone didn't work which made it hard to call for an iron which the room didn't have. They did not provide the wifi upon check-in and when we went to ask for it in the morning there was no front desk for over an hour. Room is convenient and suitable for our family of four. Breakfast appeared to be free but no one told us about it and wasn't in the paperwork.

We had booked an overnight stay at the Quality Suites on our way to the south of France. We have three young kids so driving straight through was not an option. We arrived very late (after calling in advance to notify the hotel we would arrive around midnight) When we arrived the man at the front desk seemed confused. He was fumbling around with the computer and after about 20 minutes informed us that the key card system wasn’t working and he couldn’t activate a key card for our room. What now? He attempted to use a master card to get us into a room but that didn’t work either. Here we were at 1am with three kids and NO hotel room.... he came up with an idea to take us next door to a lesser quality hotel room, which we immediately refused after realizing it was nothing more than a dirty apartment building and not consistent with the room we booked. At this point, we told him we were leaving to find another hotel. Fast forward, we found another hotel but we’re required to book two rooms at twice the costs. (originally we had booked a family room) Needless to say, we won’t be back to the Quality Suites Lyon not will we be recommending them to anyone. And an extra special shout out to Expedia for offering us a $50 voucher for future use... completely unacceptable!

Hotel itself was nice, the staff were superb! As good a front desk service as I’ve had. Neighbourhood not so good, but an amazing little array of live cooking kitchens literally 2 minutes walk. Only real downside was the Wi-Fi. Abysmal. Visited the front desk 3 times because I couldn’t log on. Even when they logged in for me I was barely connected. If you need Wi-Fi, don’t stay here. If you don’t, it’s a lovely hotel.

Overall just an "okay" stay
Wonderful staff, very helpful and friendly. Location close to metro. Hallway smelled like somebody's cooking gone wrong, and the smell lingered for days. Rooms smell a little molded and could benefit from airing out. Breakfast selections few.

The staff is friendly and helpful to the utmost and will do everything they can do (except for what I believe are roadblocks by penny-wise pound foolish management. Let me be specific. Housekeeping is great, the rooms are totally clean. But they are allowing wear and tear to lower the quality. For example, there was no tv remote in the room when I got there. I asked for one. I was told they'd ask the engineer, but those things are expensive. Never got one. Also the kitchenware is lacking. There are only dull butter type knives with nothing that was actually sharp. They said it was not something they were providing. Granted they did find me a small teaspoon with which to stir my tea and eat my yogurt, as there were only a couple of large soupspoons. The cooktop was so worn, that part of the controls were no longer visible, so I couldn't turn it on. The beds were only marginally comfortable. There was no documentation at all in the room about the hotel, its services or how to use anything. Somebody from Choice Hotels ought to stay there undercover and inspect.

Nice place in a new calm neighborhood
Very nice staff helpful and nice, multilangual, they like the kids, some even offered few gifts to my son. Excellent value for monrey. Clean, confortable beds daily room service. Very spacious family rooms compared to most hotels and hotel apartments. Large wardrobes. It would have been perfect if the kitchinette was more equipped. The small disadvantage is the location: 10 mn walk to see the first supermarket, commercial shops and Meteo station. But i would definitively come again.
