The staff, in particular Karim, went above and beyond to accommodate us. He sprang into action to come rescue us when we had a parking snafu at a garage. He was ever ready with help and information. I will be writing to management to commend him.

Very nice room but a typically small unit. We knew it was going to be like that. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was outstanding. Great location for the T1 and 2 Tram and a short walk to Redline Metro. Felt very safe walking around.

Easy to get to from the central station and a good base to travel around the city. Good place to start walks along the rivers. Restaurant/bar a bit uninspiring. We went outside to eat/drink.

The Keystone Boutique Hotel is located in a quiet yet convenient area of Lyon. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is located near Confluence mall which has a variety of dining options. It is also near the Confluence Museum, which is definitely worth a visit. It is across the street from a Lidl supermarket where you can purchase some snacks. There is a tram station about a two minute walk from the hotel, a metro station a ten minute walk away, and a bus stop very close to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Lyon. Please note that there is construction happening beside the hotel which partially blocks the sidewalk. There is also some noise from the work, but it is negligible and starts after about 8am.

Decent staying.
The hotel room is pretty new and room is pretty clean. But there were stains on the wall that they should clean off. We only stayed there for one night, so it was good enough for us.

Établissement en rénovation, beaucoup de bruit… ou il n’y avait pas de rideau pour la fenêtre de la salle de bain qui donne sur ma rue. J’ai demandé au front desk pour un taxi 30 min avant de descendre au lobby, rendu au lobby, je fais la demande pour mom taxi, la dame avait oublié…

Déjà un grand merci au personnel qui est exceptionnel. On sent que c'est super bien géré. Le petit déjeuner était l'un des meilleurs que j'ai mangé en terme de goût. Bravo aussi. Les chambres sont un peu petites mais assez calme si vous pouvez être côté cour. ( je n'ai pas testé côté côté rue) donc très satisfait je reviendrais.
