"I recently stayed at Regent Taipei during a business trip and had a wonderful experience despite an unexpected ligament injury that limited my mobility. Before arrival, I was concerned about moving between two consecutive reservations and managing a late-night flight home. The hotel team was incredibly thoughtful and arranged a room close to the elevator, allowed me to stay in the same room throughout my stay, and helped make my visit much more comfortable. A special highlight was the Tai Pan Lounge. Having both my room and the lounge on the same floor made a huge difference while recovering from my injury. The lounge was quiet, relaxing, and provided a great place to rest and work throughout the day. I would especially like to thank the front desk and guest service teams for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help.
