This was our 3rd stay at this hotel, and as usual the facilities were good, although the check in experience was disappointing as we had to wait over 90 minutes after the check in time for our room to be ready. It appeared this was because new TVs were being fitted to the rooms, but there did not seem to be any priority given to getting the rooms ready for those people who were trying to check inn.

Er zijn echter ook openbare parkeerplaatsen voor het hotel en extra gratis parkeermogelijkheden op 200-300 meter afstand van het hotel. European motorcycle tour
The hotel was a two night base for a motorcycle tour of the area, we had a very slow check-in, the breakfast was fresh and there was plenty of selection to choose from. The staff were helpful and polite.

Well appointed, central chain hotel
Nice, central hotel handy for the thermes or the circuit. Modern, clean interior with well appointed rooms. Restaurant menu is little limited but reasonably priced only one chicken option, two beef (one a steak, one a burger). Two vegetarian options. Could do a little more variety for a hotel of this class.

Overall excellent except, for completeness, parking conditions are difficult and tab to be replaced in bathroom. Coffee pads in room were not replaced.

Many things broken, dirty, poor service.
From the moment we arrived and the automatic door did not work to the major light in the bathroom being out to the stains in the toilet, this property was not up to the Radisson name. Worst point was that we chose the property as it is adjacent to the Thermes Spa and we wanted to get our bathing suits and robes and head up on the vernicular. I asked for early check in and as a Silver member of Hotels.com, I expected that I would get some sort of accommodation. When we arrived, she told us to come back In Two hours. We checked out the town, had a coffee and came back. When we returned, they gave us a key to a room with a king bed though we asked for twin beds and had double checked twice. As it turned out, we had to wait until check in time to get a room. This meant we had to dig out spa clothes in the lobby, come back to the lobby after our session at the spa and retrieve our suitcases while wearing a wet robe, and generally did not have any service. Very disappointing, wish we had chosen a less expensive hotel which was cleaner and had better service.

Good location-breakfast.Service quality isn't good
'This was my second stay at this hotel My review is based on my second stay - Probably effected by the busy season, check in and check out times are unacceptably long. The personnel is young and in training, so they struggle when a problem arises. During my check out, I was asked to pay the total bill, even though the stay was booked and paid via Hotels.com. I was the second person who had this experience that day. The personnel at the desk was new at her job, so even though she did not have a more experienced person in attendance, she handled it quite professionally. The room cleanliness should be inproved. The pillow I had on the bed had scuff marks from a shoe when I arrived to the room. The house keeping kept the bathroom clean, but the rest of the room was not vacuumed. The beds were made sloppy. The tea mugs that were used the day before were not removed and replaced. The breakfast is excellent, the choice of food and beverage is very good. As it provides a seperate funicular transport from the hotel to the Thermes, I really like the location of the hotel. Very nice restaurants and hiking trails nearby. My experience from the first visit was reinforced when it comes to service at the restaurant/bar. The service is VERY slow. Do not bother going to the hotel find yourself a nice place to have your aperitif/dinner.

very disappointed
the hotel doesn't match the picture on the site. some of the hotel's amenties didn't exist (a pool for example). the room was dirty, the shower stream was too weak to shower and fresh towels and robes were not provided on one of the days. even though we complained several times to the staff, they replied that this is the hotel's policy.

Fabulous Room!
Great hotel. We loved our room. It was spacious, clean, and perfectly appointed. Location is perfect. We found free parking on the street, no problem. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is new and clean, the link to theSpa is a nice touch. However!!!! Check in was slow, staff were average, the parking is extortionate for a small town-city centre prices, the food and drink is also ridiculously priced, the inconsistency between 2 Raddison hotels within a mile of each other is confusing and unnecessary, staff pretty much uninterested, breakfast cold, staff not clearing things away but instead more interested in setting up the area back as the overpriced out of place resultant.... Raddison Blu are NOT the 5* hotel that they want to be. They have a captive audience in Spa-it’s not that big, the night we stayed it was full of generally men who were racing at Spa, why on earth is t there a decent bar menu and why aren’t you showcasing the great Belgium beer-know your audience!!!! None is staying there for a 3 course meal costing €80 plus!!!! There wasn’t a soul in that restaurant!!!! Shame as Spa is an interesting place and the hotel is in a great location....

nice hotel, right in town centre. Secure underground parking is extra eighteen euros a night however good piece of mind if you are taking your car to the Spa track the next day

Great hotel in the centre of Spa. Deal with the spa itself is good but it would be better if you could pay for a shorter time.

Nice hotel, good rooms and service, restaurant just a little expensive for odd things ie water at £6 a bottle
