everything was fine but there were cats walking around the place and it scared the hell out of us and my sister is allergic. I don’t think its proper to have such animals around a place where different kinds of people with different kinds of phobias and allergies meet. it really disturbed but everything was fine

The shower did not work. The hotel did not offer to compensate at all Room service took 2 hours to be served to tbe room and served cold

This hotel should be avoided, I have stayed here many times, each time the managers say things will be better, but it doesn’t change, and today as I check out, it’s the last time I will stay here. I first stayed here in 2010, when it was a fine hotel, but it has steadily gone downhill and now all that’s left are tired hotel rooms, very dated bathrooms, poor wifi, and staff in the bar and food areas that do not want to do any work. It’s a game between the staff of who can do the least work. There must be better hotels in Lusaka for this price range - this is the last time I will stay here

A great place to stay, friendly staff, great amenities. The staff makes you feel at home . Restaurant and Housekeeping staff were exceptional. Peaceful atmosphere. Rooms may need updating.

A well treed property with a spacious lobby and open lounge area, bar and patio, with tree-lined walkways to the pristine pool area, comfortable room with city/sunset view and balcony. Fabulous breakfast, excellent evening buffet, beautiful decor throughout.

it was very good. But it was not know they will charge to pick from airport. We thought it is free service but they charged per person which was very expensive. You need to check with them as while booking also it was not mentioned it is chargeable basis.

Some staff are extremely nice and helpful, but some staff are not welcoming. A couple of staff were surly. Staff service was somewhat inconsistent, though cleaning staff and some servers really go out of the way to help make your stay pleasant. Wifi signal was not great in the guest room. Food menu is limited but lunch buffet offers variety. Spa services are very good.

Good location. Needs maintenance.
Room Air conditioning was not working. Despite complaining several times, it was not resolved. Forced to change the room next evening. Checkin always takes time.

Beautiful hotel, nice feel to it, big and very comfortable sitting area downstairs where I could organise meetings with friends and family, zoom meetings etc . Beautiful pool area - I loved it !

Good food options…. And most items well cooked, clean hotel and staff helpful and friendly. But mattress condition is poor, you can feel the springs in the bed. Carpets in old condition but still can be tolerated. Rest all great.

Amazing customer service
The thing that really stood out to me about this hotel was the excellent customer service. They were there to help with every need, question, concern you had. In particular, there was a person Noah who has some of the best customer service personalities I had met in my life. Another thing I like about the hotel was the open lounge area near the restaurant and bar which was a great place for small meetings or an afternoon coffee/tea.
