My room had a bad smell , I had to purchase an air freshener but that’s not the big issue, my husband has severe allergies the smell of the room had him wheezing at night .

The bed was comfortable. My only complaint, we stayed there on a Sunday night and the restaurant closed early. As did all the restaurants in town except Mc Donalds!

This property was very nice and quiet . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The places was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Unremarkable, but few complaints
Counter staff was extremely businesslike, a.k.a. unhappy, doing her job. would’ve been nice to describe about where my room was in a big U-shaped building. Heard a huge rumble inside my room - Four or five rooms from the back of the building, as I was getting settled, and had to look, and worked out that the rail line, with one of Nevada’s epically-long trains was going by - about 100 feet away. However, to my surprise, I never heard another one overnight. Biggest disappointment was total absence of Wi-Fi. It seems to connect to the network quickly, but the network is not connected to the Internet. Otherwise room was clean and pleasant and the heating worked perfectly for my midwinter stay.

Nice spacious room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Could use extra blanket. Only issue is all outer doors squeak loudly, so every time a neighbor opened their door, it sounded like my door being opened. Sort of disturbing.

Night clerk not very friendly. Gave us the wrong directions to our room causing us to walk from on end to the other to get to our room. Day clerks were extremely friendly. For being part of the Best Westen chain very disappointed.

Glad we stayed there
The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I room was large and comfortable and well equipped. Con:the pillows are like sleeping on a bolder. Special THANKS to the shorter gentleman who works on the outdoors stuff; I didn't get his name, he was very helpful with an issue that we had.

Spacious and clean
The room is spacious and clean, the covers and pillows are very soft, clean, and comfortable, no dreadful blanket. The two sink setup is very convenient for two people.
