"The bathroom smelled like mildew and urine. The maid service was terrible, daily forgetting to replenish things like toilet paper, coffee, water. Everyday I had to call the front desk to bring up supplies. The window ledges inside and outside on our balcony were filthy and there was trash on our balcony. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The main lobby, bar, restaurant were nice and food at the restaurant was decent."

"The Aloft in downtown Louisville was great. Having stayed at many Alofts, I always expect them to be great - and this was no exception. The desk staff were friendly and helpful - and always there when needed! The lobby had plenty of areas to sit and enjoy the space. The corner bar is awesome - great place for a drink and people watch. The room was excellent. It was spacious, well designed and super comfortable. Everything was clean and felt new. IMO - best place to stay in downtown Louisville."
