"Great place to stay, perfect location "

"I found this hotel to be a great bargain given its location near downtown and NuLu. The hotel was comparable to any other mid-range chain hotel (Hampton Inn, etc.). I parked on the street and had no problems."

"Everyone was wonderful and very helpful, especially Marnita who showed us where to go for breakfast and then made sure we had evening we needed!! "

"The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Only things not quite what I hoped were the following: The parking lot is extremely tight, particularly trying to get out of the lot. This is especially true if you have a large SUV or crew cab truck. I wish they offered the ability to stream Netflix etc., versus having to watch live cable. Other than those two things, the hotel was very nice. Great location and beds were comfortable. "

"No TV remote for the room. Not the biggest deal but called the front desk to rectify. Desk clerk said would have house keeping bring one up and no one ever showed. Short of taking the TV off the wall to unplug it, it was on all night. Room was very warm on 7th floor with thermostat turned down all the way to 68 (as far as it would go down)."

"My room was missing a picture from the wall and one of the bedside lights didn’t work. Besides that it was ok"

"We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful. We had a balcony where we could stand and look out at the river and people watch. Everything was clean and well updated. Nice restaurants, but very pricey."

"Staff was great. Clean but run down. Only 2 pillows and terrible. But we just needed a place to crash for the night. It served its purpose."
