"Check in seemed smooth with no issues, gave my ID and signed paperwork. checked in at 10 pm to stay local before my son’s procedure the next morning. Started getting calls at 1 am asking if I still needed my room. Front desk checked me in under someone else name. When I went to check out my reservation could not be found, they had someone else’s name connected to my room with the other information being mine, phone number, address, etc. When I checked out I was charged $20 for parking after I booked my room with the parking pass, but was still charged because they couldn’t find my booking because the names were changed in the system."
