I booked the property on Expedia and went to the designated shuttle pickup location. It was already around 10 pm, and I had children in tow, so catching an Uber over wasn't an option. I called two different phone numbers approximately 4-6 times each, without any answer. Eventually I called central reservations, and they put me on hold, where eventually they disconnected the call after waiting 20 minutes on hold attempting to get ahold of the hotel.
By midnight I had watched every other hotel shuttle come and go several times, and was through waiting, (flight boarded early in the am the following morning), and I waited out a completely miserable night in the airport. Sometime in the middle of the night, I received an email saying that I had missed the shuttle and it was my fault. Still haven't received any refund, but I will definitely be challenging this with my credit card.
