The lady at check in was rude. She seemed uninterested in checking me in. She was quick to tell me that there was no continental breakfast, and housekeeping would not be coming to my room unless I requested it. There were paper notes taped to nearly every wall. It was dirty; I requested a nonsmoking room and I got a room that smelled like smoke and weed. I would not recommend this hotel.

Beds were terribly uncomfortable. The room I was in had no curtains. Instead the had louvered shades that wouldn't block out any light as there was a light right outside my window. Also I was woken up 2 nights in a row at 1:30am with people smoking pot outside my room. With the way the AC units are it pulled that smell right into the room. Woke me up with a splitting headache. The staff seemed to be pretty good but there's only so much they could do in that situation. I don't blame the staff in any way.

The staff were very accomodating and very helpful. They let us check in early since we had an early flight prior to check in. Our room was clean and was quite central to all the places we wanted to go.

Room was clean, then we noticed bugs around the refrigerator. They did switch us rooms. The second room was nicer than the 1st room. Then we noticed another bug I the room. They do not have daily cleaning of the rooms, we had to keep asking for new towels. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk. The staff was friendly and courteous.

We decided to pay when we got to the property however we did have to put a deposit down on a credit card which we did only for them to turn us away because it was a prepaid credit card and they do not accept prepaid credit cards so we were left stranded without a room walking around trying to find a hotel that would have vacancy

Water was leaking in the bathroom tub. The vanity/bathroom wasn’t working. Noise upstairs with heavy walking footsteps at 2am and I couldn’t fall asleep so I left to get another room at elsewhere

The pictures are not accurate. It has a freeway on one side and a busy street on the other. The rate was being advertised for half of what I was paying through Expedia.

Will Not Stay Again
I chose to stay at this hotel while I attended a 3 day conference at LACOE. The photos online appeared to show a clean and safe hotel. it was not dirt cheap, but was not too pricey for an educator. I brought gym clothes to work out in the hotel's gym. The gym is closed-see picture of sign. On the interior of my hotel room door was another terrifying sign-(see picture). When I left yesterday morning, a homeless gentleman was sleeping outside the hotel room next door. I walked out to my car and stepped over used condoms. The mattress was super thin and caved in. The shutters on the windows did not block out exterior light, and the walkway light directly in front of the window shined through all night. I was very confused when I woke up at 5am thinking the sun was shining.

The WORST experience of my life!!!! As soon as I went to check in , they say , “just to let you know we don’t have any housekeepers but if you need anything let us know” I should have known to cancel right then and there. But it was late and we had nowhere else to go, everything around was booked, so we stayed. We get to the room, and the first thing I see is HAIR in the bathtub. So I checked the bed, and of course more hair. After complaining, we get told “to stop undoing the beds!” What!? Ok. So they give us another room. We move our stuff in and when we lift the sheets to get ready for bed, the first thing in the center of the bed was more HAIR and some weird stains. So now we have to grab all of our stuff and once again go complain. The lady at the desk says to me “well I can give you a refund because I can’t have you undoing my beds” She then gives me one more room which was probably the worst out of all 3, more hair, stains, broken tv, and just dirty. With nowhere to go, we stayed. but we had to go to buy our own sheets, pillows and blankets. The next day during dinner (about an hr away) I get a call to inform me of plumbing issues so we had to come get our stuff and leave. They said we could stay but we couldn’t use the bathroom or shower. Again, what!? So at this point we left and they only offered a refund for the one night. Expedia was no help either! I found a different hotel (Hilton) & I did not use Expedia for this one which was so much better!
