We stayed for one night as we had an early flight the next AM. The hotel rooms are older and the air circulation in the rooms was not great. The staff was great and the shuttle driver was awesome at 3:45 AM!!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The free shuttle service to and from LAX was very convenient. The food in the restaurant was very good and there were a few gluten-free menu items so we didn't have to go outside the hotel to eat.

The shuttle was convenient and easy to use. The room was partially updated but the bathrooms are in need of updating. The restaurant has great food options, got a great dinner delivered by room service and ate a great breakfast on site. Staff was helpful and kind throughout interactions. Walls were somewhat thin, so I could easily hear movement from other rooms and from the doors slamming in the hall.

The property was very clean and modern, which was nice. The airport shuttle was also very convenient. The biggest downside was the WiFi — almost $20/day.

The hotel is located opposite to the AVIS Car Rental, convenient to walk to the car pick-up area. Room was clean and there is bath tub in the room!

It took two hours to get an extra blanket and towel. The blanket was actually a mattress cover (pretty ratty) and they never brought the towel, which we wanted to use for a floor bed for our toddler. On top of that slow and partial service.
