Staff were brilliant and we loved our room. Pool was a little chilly in the evenings and the pool bar was closed which was a shame as we were told when we checked in it would be open but then later advised it’s too early in the season. Fridge on the room was a little noisy at night but nothing unbearable

Valet Parking although expensive was swift and friendly.
Only complaint was duvet had smell on it from previous guests.(although sheets and pillow cases where clean)

Amber was absolutely wonderful and so pleasant upon our arrival and throughout our stay here. She accommodated us with several things and answered our questions thoroughly. The entire staff was friendly and tended to us on a daily basis. We would definitely come back here--hopefully, there won't be any construction around the hotel area, which isn't their fault.

Location is great, central, but off the strip, so it's nice nd quiet. Service was fantastic across the board. the room was spacious and well appointed. You could add up some substantial extra charges, so perhaps come prepared with extra snacks, a bite of wine, etc. All in all, highly recommended.

This is a great hotel. Rooms are large and spacious. Very helpfu staff. Location is perfect! $65 per day valet fee though.
